Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift as initial lead of 10.0 m and lift 0f 2.00 m including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15cm. thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and Eight aggregate ) using 40mm ISS size hard broken granite metal for foundation and flooring including de-watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm. thick to required thickness , including cost and conveyance of materials to work site & labour charges complete with standard specifications

Supplying and filling well gravel in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered rammed and con-solidated etc., complying with standard specifications

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best country bricks of size 23cm x 11.50cm x 5cm having 350kg/cm2 compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbentin the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications.and using the screened sand and all the materials should be approved by the competent technical authorities etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm etc. complete complying with standard specification .

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc,complete as per SS.

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1½:3 [one cement and one and half sand and four the aggregate ] using 20 mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excluding cost of reinforcement and centering works and including the cost of mixing, laying , curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification .

Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc, complete as per SS

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 10mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One cement and Five sand) mix 12 mm thick including finishing cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges watering, curing and and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Dadooing the wall glazed tiles of size 305mm x 200mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement mortor 1:2 (one cement and two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Paving the floor with plain/design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supplying and fixing in position of best approved colour design and quality FRP sheets of 32mm thick shutter & outer frame of size 65mm x 50mm with neccessary 'U' or 'J' bolts, bitumen washers and cutting the FRP sheets to the required size etc.,complete.

Supplying and laying and jointing of PVC pipes ( 6kg / Sqcm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to I.S.S & with I.S.I mark, of the following sizes including cutting, fixing to PVC Specials using Adhesive but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak - wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws, making holes on the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick scaffolding charges .

White washing two coats using best shellime and preparing the surface fit for white washing as confirming to the Standard Specification

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of cement paint over cement plastered New Wall surface and ceiling including cost of one priming coat, Cost of all materials, all labour charges, brushes etc, complete as per Standard Specification

Supply of GI ' Class Pipe including conveyance of all materials to the site etc., complete as per DPC specification.( As Per page No: 35 of standard Schedule of rates 2010-11 of TWAD board)

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S door /Windows / Ventilator of required of size suitable to site,condition using necessary 'L' Angles,flats,I sections covered with 18 gauge M.S.Sheet for Door and windows, including costand conveyance of materials,all labour charges for fabrication,fixing with all furnitures fittings etc., complete as directed by departmental officer- Rate/ kg.
