Dismantling the defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

Material & Labour for providing new AVR unit suitable for 62.5 KVA to 200 KVA DG Set size in repairs ie taking down of old AVR unit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Material & Labour for opening the cylinder head of the engine and oil sump carefully for replacement of head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head and sump to arrest oil leakage with engine complete with proper alignment and testing the engine for 1 hrs on load to achiveve designed parameters all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of capacity 160 KVA to 320 KVA.

Charges for attending break down of DG set of 320 KVA capacity by only auth OEM rep /OEM trained engineer/ team for fault finding incl attending repairs as and when required such as No start condition of DG and repairing, starting the DG set till smooth running and setting up the alighnment / required paramenters of all major parts such as fan belt, AVR, RPM, sencors, actuators, Engine safety units, bty chargers, fuel / oli levels, speed governer, Micro processor based control panel, Injector pumps etc as required in ground / as ordered by EIC all as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 25 mm dia, light grade bend to shape of approx length 1.0 mtr long suitable for security/street light/Pigmi light fittings with necessary fixing arrangements with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including nut, bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs cable junction boxes IP 66 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for out door type ( with metric knockouts for cable entry) of size 139 x 119 x 70 mm incl necessary suitable size new aluminium busbar single phase with neutral system mounted on saddles - 02 Nos of suitable length and thickness, provn of aluminium cable lugs for incoming & out going LT cable connections with junction box fixing clamps made up of MS flat, nut and bolt on polescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Analogue type timer switch (Daily time switch) including power contactor 25 Amps, three phase, 415 volts and MCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' series with arrangement of auto/mannual control switch duly prewired and bypass arrangement and including sheet metal enclosure of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated for enclosing the time switch with necessary fixing arrangements on PCC pole/wall surface by providing MS flat iron clamps 32x6 mm and nuts,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs LED Aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 Nos. LED are provided with necessary fixing arrangements & electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated 3 core stranded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape PVC sheathed 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connection/light connections in garden light from juction box to fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 3.32 here in before but of size 3 core 2.5 sqmm

Supply and fix cable junction boxes IP 68 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for out door type ( with metric knockouts for 3 way cable entry) of incl necessary provision for mounting of MCB TPN 32 Amps for incoming and outgoing cable including aluminum lugs , nut ,bolts etc and mounting on 40mmx40mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with minimum legs height of 70 CM , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Sintex / Hensal or equivalent . Note :- (i)Rate of MCB TPN is mesured and paid sepratly under relivent items of sch A Sr No 19.(ii) Rate of Angle iron frame for fixing of junction box is included in the quoted rate.(iii) Cost of civil work for grouting of angle Iron frame is including in the Quited rate.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches PVC pipe heavy duty for cable protection/fixing of garden/pole lights etc, of the following sizes including necessary tee/elbow/junction box etc. provision for cable entry if reqd in garden lights complete as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
