Earth work in cutting or in Filling in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre (20") in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm(8") layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5fts) lifts and 30 m. (100') lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making filling or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 metres (100 fts) distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge. S.I. No.253.Ch-4.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel / vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (G-3 22.4-53mm)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Earth work in excavation of soil in foundation with all labour T&P. (S.I. No.251).

Stone dust filling in plinth or foundation. (S.I. No.255).

Cement concrete in 1:4:8 ratio cement, sand and 40mm gauge stone grit as base concrete including s/o all materials, labour and T&P etc. (S.I. No. 281)

Brick Work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in foundation Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per sor S.I. No. DSR 6.34.Ch-6.

12mm thick cement plaster with 1:4 ratio cement and sand mortar with finishing coat neat cement sturry with supply of all material labour T&P. CP No 13 SI No 17.58 (II)
