Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundadation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials , equipment , Machinary and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10*97- DO .III dt 11.06.97.The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm , 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum re4flective area of 13 sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree . Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of sais MORTH circular . The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, ( of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500Kgf . Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommandation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORTH specification 804 etc complete

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501
