Miscellaneous Repair works at HR and Admin Building

Refurbishing of existing single cot . Cover the old wooden frame cot with 18mm thk plywood confirming to to IS 303 Grade finished with 1mm laminate and provide additional head rest with plywood on the wall and finished it with 1 mm laminate of approved shade and brand, including necessary edge trimming and smoothing., etc. as per the design (quote without matress).

Refurbishing of existing King Size bed (81" x 72") including removel of side foam and upholstery, Fixing of plywood & and application of 1.0mm decorative laminate of approved shade and brand. Work includes the removal of the existing headrest/headboard and its replacement with a new 18mm thick plywood Conforming to IS303 Grade finished with A headrest of size 2.78m x 1,0m made of 18mm thick Plywood covered with 50mm thick 40 density foam and fabric fixed to the wall, complete with all necessary hardware, fittings, etc. as per the design (quote without matress)

Supply and fixing of TV Unit back with 18mm thick plywood confirming to IS:303 fixed to the wall. A ledge of size 1.2 x 0.3 m made of 18 mm thick plywood finished with 1mm laminate of approved colour and edges covered with PVC edge banding of approved colour and shade fixed to the wall Necessary opening, cutouts to be provided for effective wire management, complete as per drawing and instructions of the Engineer-incharge.

Supply and fixing of Writing table of size 1.20 x 0.45 x 0.75m. The writing table will continue as a ledge with a size of 1.2 x 0.2m all made from 18mm thick plywood confirming to IS:303 and finished with 1mm laminate and edges covered with PVC edge banding of approved shade and colour including all hardware, complete as as per drawing and the instructions of the Engineer-incharge. Cost to include one number of straight back chair of approved colour for seat and back. Complete as per drawing and instructions of the Engineer-incharge.

Supply and fixing of Writing table of size 0.91 x 0.45 x 0.75m with chair. The writing table will continue as a ledge with a size of 1.2 x 0.2m all made from 25mm thick Pre-laminated board confirming to IS 12823:2015, Grade II with edges covered with PVC edge banding of approved shade and colour including all hardware, complete as as per drawing and the instructions of the Engineer-incharge. Cost to include one number of straight back chair with armrest made of rubber wood / engineered wood, with foam and Polyster fabric of approved colour for seat and back. Complete as per drawing and instructions of the Engineer-incharge.

Supply and fixing of wall mounted Bed side tables of size 0.45 x 0.38 x 0.15m made of Pre-laminated board confirming to IS 12823:2015, Grade II with PVC edge banding of approved colour and shade, One drawer supported on sliding steel channels complete with all necessary hardware, fittings as per drawing and the instructions of the engineer-incharge.

Supply and fixing of Head rest of size 2.4m1.0m and wall mounted Bed side tables of size 0.6 x 0.38 x 0.15m made of 18mm thk plywood confirming to to IS 303 Grade with PVC edge banding of approved colour and shade, One drawer supported on sliding steel channels complete with all necessary hardware, fittings as per drawing and the instructions of the engineer-incharge. The bed side table can also be a part of the Bed during execution.

Supply of Single Bed of size 1.83 m x 0.91 m x 0.30m (without storage), all made of made of 18mm thk plywood confirming to to IS 303 approved colour and shade. The edges to be covered with PVC edge banding and Rounded corners on one side of the bed, A headrest of size 2.4m x 1.0m made of 18mm thick plywood confirming to to IS 303 finished with 1 mm laminate of approved colour and shade fixed to the wall, complete with all necessary hardware, fittings, etc. as per the design (quote without matress)

Curtain Tracks -Supply and Fixing of curtains tracks to the window frame with necessary fittings.
