12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in cement sand mortar (HSR 15.5)

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beams (vertical or battering) (HSR 9.13)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.41)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for painting, including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing surface to the required finish, complete. (HSR 16.24)

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces. (HSR 16.25)

Painting two coats with ready-mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plastered or concrete surface of walls. (HRS 16.26)

Providing & Fixing of retro reflective direction/warningh/sign board haring size 4' X 3' (NS item) (as per PWD specifiations design and drawing).
