Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead: Of sectional area below 40 sq cm

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of: G.S. Sheet

Dismantling cement asbestos ceiling/ hard board ceiling/ any type ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead.

Plain cement concrete works in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc below plinth level as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing beams including hoisting, fixing in position and applying wood preservative for the unexposed surfaces, etc. complete with: Sal wood

Providing corrugated G.S or galvanised iron sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought trained and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diameter & length. With lst class Local wood {Pooma/ Hollock/ Gamari/ and the like}

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: - Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Sal wood 30 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in trames of windows, etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars, etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete Fixed to steel windows by welding Square bar rods: ISSQ 10 (10mm size) @ 0.785kg/m

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications, including scaffolding: Painting wood work with Deluxe Mufti Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layers medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) lS:3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (framework to be paid separately): 12 mm thick

Earthwork in excavation by manual means up to a depth of 2m below the existing ground level for foundation trenches of foundations, footings of column/ walls, retaining walls, septic tank etc. including bailing out water where necessary and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified for the following classification of soils. All kinds of soil (ordinary soil/ hard soil/ dense soil)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Equal leg angle(50x50x5mm) @3.8 kg/m

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia. wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia. not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per loo in (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn bucl(les etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
