Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants , regulators, sockets light fitting etc for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

M&L for concealed point wiring with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade of 1.5 sqmm size alongwith one earth continuity conductor with FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of 1.5 sqmm size through and including 20 mm dia (medium grade) rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes, readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good to disturbed surface for the following. : (make :Havells/Polycab/RR cable/KEI for cable)

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised lead lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers and check nuts of galvanised iron or steel GI earth strip protected by 40 mm medium grade galvanised iron pipe including of 20 mm dia medium grade GI water tubing sheet metal 4mm wire mash funnel, charcoal or coke and common salt in paint and testing on completion as shown on electrical plate No.5 ofm SSR Part-I including taking out unserviceable one all as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs.1,01,472.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 41). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
