Redevelopment of Community Center and enhancement of open public spaces at Triveni Nagar in Sanganer Constituency in Zone-C, JDA, Jaipur.

• Execution of complete MEP services including water supply, plumbing, drainage and sanitation systems • Provision and installation of Firefighting and fire detection systems as per applicable norms • Development of outer infrastructure including compound wall, main entrance gate, internal pathways, parking areas, landscaping, Signage work and other site development works • Fully furnished interior including air conditioning work for Banquet Hall (Banquet Hall+PFA) • Installation of lift, boom barrier, close circuit TV, lighting protection system • Development and provision of facilities including multipurpose hall with accommodation, open air theatre (OAT), e-library, co-working spaces, rental/commercial spaces and sports facilities along with required amenities, furniture and signage, testing, commissioning and handing over of all systems. • Testing, commissioning and handing over of all systems and components • Obtaining NOC like fire etc. from concerned departments. • Operation & Maintenance for a period of 5 years including upkeep of civil, electrical, MEP and firefighting systems, payment of electricity charges of common areas, deployment of security personnel, housekeeping and all allied activities.
