Providing services of Sewer Man to carry out day to day miaintenance of sewerage, drainage system and desialting of gully traps etc. within the campus like opening/cleaning of chocked sewer pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps, water closet, wash basin, floor traps etc. at all floor and vertical stacks for sewerage pipes and rain water pipes of all sizes to keep sewerage & drainage system functional including disposal of silt, malba waste garbage etc. excluding all materials to the satisfaction on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays) or as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (The rate shall be for the execution of above job and no claim on any account shall be entertained).

Providing services of Mason Grade-II to carry out day to day maintenance and repair of internal and external plaster, flooring, masonry work, pointing, leakage from roof, gola, R.C.C. works including sealing leakage from gully trap, WC trap, floor trap etc. and restoration of existing finishing in the affected area excluding all material required to the satisfaction on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays) or as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (The rate shall be for the execution of above job and no claim on any account shall be entertained).

Providing services of Plumber to carry out day to day maintenance and repair of plumbing system for entire campus including stopping leakages or over flows of water from PVC/RCC overhead tanks and water cisterns and replacement of the bib cock, stop cock, pillar cock, fittings, ball cocks, PVC cistern & connection etc. including replacement of G.I. pipe in the fittings and other required G.I./C.I. fittings of toilet/bath/kitchen and water supply line to keep the entire water supply system efficient and functional excluding all materials to the satisfaction on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays) or as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (The rate shall be for the execution of above job and no claim on any account shall be entertained)..

Providing services of beldar to assist skilled labour i.e. carpenter/mason/plumber in the entire premises of building for attending day to day complaints all excluding materials to entire the satisfaction on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays) or as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (The rate shall be for the execution of above job and no claim on any account shall be entertained).

Providing services of Carpenter Grade-II to carry out day to day maintenance of damaged doors, windows, ventilators of steel, wood, PVC/FRP including replacement of broken glass panes, wire mesh and panel etc. and re-fixing of repaired doors, windows and ventilators of wood, steel, PVC/FRP etc. at all floors and fixing of necessary fittings wherever required to keep them in proper functional condition excluding all materials to the satisfaction on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays) or as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
