Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out insoft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm Soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 design mix , using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in column footing including raft footings, foundation, plinth beam, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations footings bases of columns raft and raft beams sides and sofits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter rough finished sufraces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columnsand stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item No. 11 but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spacers amd binders quality confirming to TMT bar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plastering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 mm thick in bottom and 5 mm thick with WPC of top layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Fair Faces of Brick Wall, Cement block wall or on Concrete Surfaces, Surface Finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note -WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proof compound and mixed with required qty as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered surface and apply two coat of cement base paint over coat of wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Description same as per item No. 25.00 but as in 20-25 mm thick skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A

S & F 1.00 mm thick Mild steel plain sheet covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames) cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer completed all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick Hard core of broken stone/boulder , broken to gauge n exc 63 mm.all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, laid in alternate bays and filling the joints with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular sections, beam , etc fixed indipendently including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting plates with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A).Note :- Fabrication like cutting , welding, bending , or any other nature of work shall be at site or shop including in above rate.

S & F Rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc confirming to Fe 410-W-(Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fabrication of roof truss, purlins post , rafter etc cutting , welding, bending , or any other nature of work shall be at site or shop including in above rate.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels , square or beams cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments or with rivited, bolted ot welded attachments, etc confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cutting to require size and welding or bolting to beam , post, rafter shall be done at site and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for same.

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum, yeild strength as in roof covering/clading to wall , it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminimum, 43.5% zinc,1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/ sqm of coating as specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprened and EDPM washers as in roof covering all as directed at site all as specified and dircted.

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforcement translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as direted and specfied.

S & F Mild steel bolts of exc 20 and not exc 25 mm dia , purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and grouting and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L 80 mm thick Machine Pressed Precast concrete interlocking Paver block glossy look any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15656 2006, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment dry & joints filled over and including 30mm thick stone dust cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in foundation ,mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Compaction shall be done with plate vibrator)

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ), single core, PVC insulated with multistranded PVC unsheathed FR LSH copper conductor cable in and including rigid non- metallic PVC conduit fixed on wall/ceiling with saddles, screws etc of suitable size medium grade ISI marked complete , including one continuity earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ) FR LSH copper conductor connected to all fittings, common earth and connected to earth dolly including including modular metal flush box , cover plate and cover frame of suitable size making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following:-
