M&L for cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggrete) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rubberised moulded precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigments including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rubberised moulded precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigments including 25 mm thick sand cushioncomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections,or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15 mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fittings concealed in wall or floor fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fittings concealed in wall or floor fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing steel water tubing of 20 mm bore, with all fittings at new or old position, laid in floor along wall or at ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing water tank of capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 ltrs and removing to store

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene triple layered water storage tank ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing water storage tanks exc 500 litres but n.exc 1000 litres capacity by disconnecting existing water connection and removal from site , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F, Rotational moulded polyethylene, triple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. but excluding ball valve , complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc capacity exc 250 ltr but nexc 500 ltr and write the date of cleaning on tank (size of letter not less 10cm) with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Ball valve of 20mm bore high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms) , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC sintex water storage tank lid cover (Cylindrical) for 500 /1000 ltrs capacity tanks complete all as specified and as directed.(Make : as per sample)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each nexc .5 cum getting out returning filing in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth arround, in layers not exc. 25 cm soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggrete) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, noching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel scews bolts (Machine made) made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers one hexagonal or square nut , n exc 5cm long dia of shank 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L prepration of new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F milt steel bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only for chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply only for chain link MS galavanised fencing any mesh, size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No 30 here-in-before but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over a coat primer, in camouflaging patterns , including preparation of new surfaces like brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises

M&L for heavy duty vitrified coloured paving tiles of size 300 mm X 300 mm x 10 mm thick exterior grade set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles,including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Stainless steel (Gd-304) brackets, angles, hollow tubes, flats etc of any shape and size with & including SS screws / fasteners etc and all kind of machine works i.e. cutting, welding, bending, moulding, grinding, polishing, buffing etc to get the required shape and size, fixed to any position and at any surface etc, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All fixtures and fittngs should be of stainless steel)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm grade aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 tender documents.
