Improvement to Panasguda to Sadam Road under CWA for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRD Specification for Rural roads Clause 201 by manual means as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Scarifing the existing bituminious road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarifing material with all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Reworking or rerolling the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with quarry dust and compacting finished surface.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / binding materials filling up interstices of coarse agreegate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work etc all complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P etc complete.

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepaired sueface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC..

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works.

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with 60-90 hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
