I/We also hereby agree to abide by the Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract, with all correction slips up to date and to carry out the work according to the special conditions of contract and specifications annexed for the present contract

Until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, acceptance of this tender shall constitute a binding contract between us subject to modifications as maybe mutually agreed to between us and indicated in the letter of acceptance of my/our offer for this work

A copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Non submission of a copy of certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid

The Contractor shall submit a statement to the effect that no retired Engineer or retired Gazetted Officer is associated with the tenderer as per Appendix-D. Tenders without the information above referred to or a statement to the effect that no such retired Engineer or retired Gazetted Officer is so associated with the tenderer, as the case may be, shall be rejected.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

For the tenders, it has been decided to adopt the certificate based system of credential verification. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V in the tender document. Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV) / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. Please submit a certificate in the prescribed format (please download the format from the link given below). Non submission of the certificate, or submission of certificate either not properly filled in, or in a format other than the prescribed format shall lead to summary rejection of your offer. The tenderer shall have successfully completed Manufacturing, supply & fitment of Center Pivot assembly on Electric Locomotive or Diesel Locomotive (or) Repair and fitment work of Center Pivot assembly on Electric Locomotive or Diesel Locomotive. Documentary evidence in the form of completion certificate(s) issued by the Railways shall be submitted along with the bid for evaluation. Minimum one (01) number of successful completion certificates for Center Pivot Assembly is mandatory. In the absence of the same, the offer is liable to be summarily rejected.
