Electrical works-Design, drawing and Electrical works for lift Well and its operation which includes a). 3 Phase & Single phase connection of lift. b). Earthing with 4 core copper wire. c). Wiring with Polycab make wire or its equivalent. d) MCB : 32 AMP X 2, 16 AMP x 1 Seimens make or its equivalent, RCB : Seimens make or its equivalent e). 4 Core cable: ISI mark of any make. f). 2 Core cable: ISI mark of any make. g) Bulb Gate Anchor make or equivalent. h). Switch & Socket Anchor make or its equivalent, etc, complete work as per instruction of Engineer in charge including 5 years defect liability period.
