Taking down old unserviceable earthing, any type any size complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation & earth work where required shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this BoQ.)

Taking down of old unserviceable cable of any type and any size for repair or replacement including pipes & bricks etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. (Note: Excavation & earth work where required shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this BoQ.)

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel/swich gear/APFC panel of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new Air break gang operated switch, triple pole, mechanically operated, out door with all fitting/ accessories mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulator and steel channel frame GI operating rod 32 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level, vertically or horizontal operated as per site requirement including locking arrangement for operating handle complete suitable for current rating upto 400 Amps 11 KV working pressure with 9 Insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lightning arrestor zinc oxide, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 KA suitable for 11 KV system pole mounting type conforming to IS-3070 Part -III, 19993 including bolts, nuts and washers and electric connection complete all as specided and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 11000 volts (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098/ (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable end termination joint, out door, cold shrinkable type, suitable for stranded aluminium conductor 3 core, 11 KV XLPE , 95 Sq mm cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to Panel board/Transformer body, APFC Panel, VCBs etc as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 120 sqmm, 3.5 core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc Complete all as directed.

Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 kV / 0.433 kV, 315 kVA Factory Assembled, Factory Tested ready to install and connections type Compact Substation with an outdoor enclosure, equipped with 315 kVA Dry type Transfomer, Ring Main Unit and Air Circuit Breaker as secondary side control complete with HT Cable interconnection in between Transformer and Ring Main Unit and LT Cable interconnection in between Transformer and LV Incoming Main Switchgear-ACB for full load output current of the transformer and Internal earthing connections by GI Strips all as a single transport unit complete all as specified as detailed below. Note : Make of Compact Sub-Station, Ring Main Unit and Air Circuit Breaker must be same.

[b] Enclosure: Outdoor type Galvansied enclosure having modular construction with 2mm thick Galvanized Sheet Steel in Corrugated / Louvered design type wall design for better heat dissipation and providing robust construction. The degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment shall be IP54 & degree of protection of transformer compartment of the enclosure shall be minimum IP34. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurethane paint / epoxy powder coated paint shade RAL 7032 and tropicalised to Indian weather conditions. Each compartment shall be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Enclosure to be tested for Internal Arc fault test to the tune of atleast 21 KA for 1 second (IAC A and IAC B) to ensure Operator as well as Pedestrian / General Public Safety, adhering to as per latest IEC 62271-202:2022. CSS should have mechanical impact test compliance of IK10.

The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. Structure of the substation shall be able to withstand the gross weight of all equipment. The Compact Substation shall be provided with lifting beams and hooks for easy installation at site and it shall be possible to transport the equipment along with Transformer & LT Panel from one site to another. Dimensions of enclosure shall be as per the components required and mentioned in BoQ. Final drawing shall be got approved from Accepting Officer. – 1 No.

[c] HT Switchgear [Inside Compact Sub-Station]: Four way 11KV, 630 Amps 25kA/1s with IAC of 21kA/1s (gas tank and cable chamber), Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit / Compact Switchgear with Copper Busbar, consisting of 630 Amps, Two Numbers [As incomer] fixed Manual Fault Making / Load Break Switches & Two Numbers Fixed Manual/Motorised SF6 insulated Vacuum Circuit Breakers [As Outgoing], line side earth switch with own making capacity in SF6 Gas insulated sealed for life, minimum 2 mm thick stainless steel tank IP 67 degree of protection for gas tank with Air Insulated Metering Module,One Number fault passage indicator shall be provided for each Load Break Switch with 1 NO + 1 NC Contact, One Number manometer shall be provided for outgoing feeders,

One set of 50/1A, 2.5 VA, Class 1.0 for metering & One set of 50 / 1A, 2.5 VA, CL 5P 10 Current Transformers shall be provided, One number of Digital Multifunction Meter with RS 485 Port shall be provided for VCB Feeders, One Set of 11 kV / RT3 / 110 / RT3, Class 1.0, 20 kVA PTs shall be provided in Metering Module. Vacuum Circuit Breakers shall be with self-powered micro processor based Numerical Over Current and Earth Fault Relay having Charged Open / Closing Mechanism, On / Off Indicators, Mechanical Operation Counters etc. Interconnection between RMU and Transformer shall be using suitable Aluminium armoured 3 nos. 1C X 95 sq.mm. aluminium armoured (E) XLPE cable. The vacuum interrupter of RMU must have min. of 50 nos. of short circuit operations.

[d] Transformer [Inside Compact Sub-Station]: 315 KVA, SCADA compatible,11KV / 433V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, DYn11, natural air without fan cooling dry type, Copper Wound, CRGO Core Transformer with Online Circuit Tap Links of range +5% to –5% in steps of 2.5% on HT side of transformer, having Primary Voltage [HT] 11 KV and Secondary Voltage [LT] of 433 Volts, Delta connected on 11 KV Side & Star connected on 433 Volts side, designed & constructed with particular reference to Tropical Condition.

[e] LV Switchgear [Inside Compact Sub-Station]: 433 Volts, indoor LV Panel with Aluminium Busbars [100% for Phase & 50% for neutral, fabricated using 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel, Ingress Protection IP4X, Compartmentalised complete with internal wiring consisting of following: [i] Incomer: ACB, 630 Amps, FP, 50 KA, 433 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Fixed Motorised type with Microprocessor based O/L, S/C, E/F Release – 1 No [ii] Metering for Incomer: Digital Multifunction Meter with A, V, KW, KWH, PF, Class 1.0 with Port – 1 No, LT Metering CT’s, 630 / 1A, Cast Resin Type, Class - 0.5 – 1 Set, R, Y, B, ON, OFF, Trip LED Indicating Lamps – 1 Set, Control MCB, SP, 6 Amps – As required

[iii] Outgoing: MCCB, 400 Amps, TPN, 35KA, 415 Volts, 3P, 50 Hz, Fixed Manual type adjustable with Microprocessor based O/L, S/C & E/F release –1 Nos. [iv] Outgoing: MCCB, 250 Amps, 4P, 35KA, 415 Volts, 3P, 50 Hz, Fixed Manual type adjustable with Microprocessor based O/L, S/C & E/F release –3 Nos. [v] Metering for Outgoing: Digital Multifunction Meter with A, V, KW, KWH, PF, Class 0.5 with Port for each outgoing feeder, LT Metering CT’s, 400 / 1A, Cast Resin Type, Class - 0.5 – 1 Set, R, Y, B, ON, OFF, Trip LED Indicating Lamps – 1 Set, Control MCB, 6A, SP – As required [vi] Outgoing MCCBs of LT Switchgear shall be suitable for termination of 2 Runs X 3½ Core X 185 Sq.mm aluminium armoured Cable.

[f] Condition monitoring :- Thermal sensors must be considered in cable chamber of RMU, busbar of LT panel and contacts of ACB for online temperature monitoring (24*7 monitoring). Condition monitoring solution shall be web accessible and provide Expert consultancy with advanced analytics & proactive recommendations basis insights drawn from continuous monitoring & data trends. Bidder to consider one year subscription cost for advanced anayltics by experts.

[g] Compact Substation shall be outdoor Plinth Mounted Type. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of Erection, Commissioning of Compact Substation and Civil work such as Construction of foundation with Concrete / Brick masonry with plastering for the installation of Compact Substation of required size including trench for the cabling work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the GE. However the bidder shall furnish the foundation details for approval of GE before executing the work. Compact Substation shall be complete with the internal interconnections Copper Busbar & GI Earthing on HT side and Aluminium Busbar on LT side and Aluminium Earthing for complete CSS including TF Neutral for connecting to the earth pits.

[h] The bidder shall assemble the Compact substation at factory and no assembly of the same shall be allowed at site. Bidder shall be responsible for Installation & commissioning of Compact substation. Technical data sheet of the Transformer, HV / LV Switchgear, Relay etc. shall be submitted to GE for approval before placing the supply order. [i] All testing shall be conducted as per IS -2026 [j] The bidder shall supply suitable & required no. of HT & LT Cable termination kits along with Compact Substation for HT & LT Cable terminations. [k] The Design for Internal Arc Fault shall be tested for 20KA for 1 Second as per IEC 1330/62271-202.

[l] Pre-Dispatch Inspection: Bidder shall offer for pre-dispatch inspection at OEM works. Only after the equipments are cleared by the department in writing, the bidder can dispatch the equipment. Routine tests shall be conducted and original test certificates shall be submitted at the time of Pre-Dispatch Inspection. [m] Commissioning Spares: Additional commissioning spares such as Digital Multifunction Meter – 1 Nos, Indication lamps – 3 Nos, Protection Relay – 1 Nos, Spring Charging Handles – 2 Nos and Panel Keys – 2 Nos shall be provided by the bidder. [n] Suppressors or other protection devices shall be provided, if required as per schedule of quantities, wherever the sub-station installation is likely to interfere during the operation with any other electric or electronic equipment.

Construction of plinth for CSS : Excavation of pit of size suitable for CSS with Minimum height of 1000mm above Avg GL, filling with sand for 150mm depth, laying 150mm thick bed concrete with PCC(1:4:8) Using 40mm graded stone aggregate , construction of plinth as per drawing (2 supports) with brick Masanory of size 0.837 cum and plastering all around the outer side with CM(1:4) 12 mm Thick and White washing 2 coats including cost and transport of all material and labour charges for all operation incidental charges etc.., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Dismantling old unservicable bus bar chamber and supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (ISMC75) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation complete all as specified and directed. Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Only punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV, type1,flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class LV, type1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, in repair, for GI Tubes, medium grade ,galvanised , with clamp of 25x3 flat iron welded to pipe fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following size :
