Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MoRT&H Specification 301

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 305 No. 3.16

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. S.No. 3.17

Construction of granular sub-base by providing granular material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (Close graded), complete as per clause 401. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).S.No. 3.17

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.S. No. 4.14

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.as per MoRT&H Specification 406 S. No. 4.15

Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width below 6 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 cum per 10 sqm with hydraulic chip spreader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902. as per MoRT&H Specification 517 (i) S. No. 5.17

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous for DBM surface cleaned with mechanical broom.as per MoRT&H Specification 503.S. No. 5.02 (ii)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects Grading II

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous for BC surface cleaned with mechanical broom.as per MoRT&H Specification 503.S. No. 5.02 (i)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading II

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.as per MoRT&H Specification 304 S. No. 12.01

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.as per MoRT&H Specification 2100 S. No. 12.04

Maintenance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface,(Bituminous) Earth Work on patri, Drain, Culvert etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
