3 HP Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with Set water proof suitable size motor having following specification :- Duty condition - 100-33 LPM, Head- 59-113 Mtr Shaft-stainless steel, Impeller- S.S / GM, Outlet Size: 38 mm., Motor, Submersible type 1 Ph , 50Hz, 220 Volt ± 10% 2900 RPM, Motor must be suitable for operation with Dol.(Test certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery). CORA 4C/19+UMA(S)100-10/22 others (KSB or approved make)

2.5 Sq. Mm. 3 core copper water proof flat submersible cable 1100V PVC insulated & Sheathed with Bare Annealed Copper Conductor as per IS:694-2010 (Make: Finolex/ Havells/ Mescab/ Any approved)

1.1KV grade 10 sq.mm 2 core XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments. (Make: Gloster / Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supply, delivery and storage of the following pipes, valves and specials at site:

50 mm dia. UPVC standard type column pipe (cream color) with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. Make: Ashirbad

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Heavy type 200 mm dia./suitable Split type tube well cover with clamping arrangement including supply of nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size of MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.

Supply delivery and installation of suitable CRCA enclosure powder coated minimum 2mm thick and suitable for outdoor installation. The enclosure should have sufficient space for installation of main switch, single phase timer for time based operation of pump and illumination arrangement. Following necessary materials to be supplied and fitting within the enclosure 1. The Panels will be CNC machine fabricated, Single Phase Royco Engineering make/Any Others 2. Design: Indoor type, Compartmentalized, Floor mounted, single front. 3. Fabrication – i. Sheet thickness –1.6mm thick CRCA MS sheet for non-load bearing & 2mm for Load bearing members. ii. Gland plate – 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet. iii. Type of sheet metal used - CRCA TATA STEELIUM MAKE & Bhusan 4. Gland plates will be provided detachable and undrilled at bottom. 5. Cable entry will be from bottom. 6. Degree of protection – IP54. 7. Powder coated painting will be done after seven tank processes. Final shade will be RAL 7032. The Specification of the panel will be as per NIET Specification

Suitable Kiosk box for cable connection of submersible pump motor set with degree of protection IP 65 including suitable legs and 6 Nos. Al. Bus bar for 32 Amps and all necessary earthing arrangement and insulator as per direction of EIC.

Making CC foundation for support of the kiosk box, platform of (6 ft * 6 ft) after excavating the earth upto a depth of 0.6 Mtr below the GL including supply of all materials complete with 12 mm thick cement plastering with net cement finishing complete as per direction of EIC (size: 3' x 1' x 5')

Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

Making wire net fencing of the pump platfrom (6.5 ft * 6.5 ft) by supplying and fitting fixing of Galvanised MS Angle of approved quality which will be grouted in the earth by cement concret as per dieection of EIC including an arrangement for a get with lock and key facility as per direction of EIC.

Installation of Submersible pumping machinery to newly sunk tubewell along with column pipes (as required), top cover, valves, and specials of above with protection pipe and supply of MS clamp, nut bolt, cable gland socket etc. making inerconnection of the pump delivery line to pump collecting main line near tubewell with supply of all necceasary pipe, reducer/enlarger, GI/MS specials etc. including brick, sand, cement, rod etc and laying & drawing of all actuator cable & cable protection pipe as required and all to complete the job including all connection & testing commissioning as per direction of EIC.

Making earthing arrangement as per following -

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20mm X 3mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supply and delivery at site of GI octagonal street light pole conical type 7 mtr. Length, Top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130mm, thick 3mm base plate 220x220x12 mm, foundation bolt M20x 700 with template and anchor plate, bracket single arm bracket 1500mm long on single side with 48.3 OD GI pipe & internal junction box (6A, SPMCB & 4-Way connector). Supply and delivery at site of energy efficient LED Smart Bright street light fixture with IP66 and IK06 protected LM high pressure alluminium di cast housing with polycarbonate cover capable of delivery standard lumen output as follows .The lens plate should be bolted to the metal core PCB should not be glued . The driving current should be more than 700 mA . It should have internal surge protection of minium 4kv , lumen /watt >100, Drivier efficiency > 85% ,PF >0.95, THD<10%

Erection of GI octagonal pole of length of 7 meter in RCC(1:2:4) Each foundation of 400x400mm of depth of 1300 mm below GL and 200 mm just above GL. 4 nos "J" type foundation bolt of 20 mm dia and 600 mm long grouted into RCC foundation as per base plate of pole.Projected length of 100 mm also considered for fitting with the base plate of the pole.There should be a provision of two number flexible pvc pipe of 63mm dia for cable entry as per supplied drawing.Also the foundation along material will be made as per departmental drawing and design

Supply and delivery at site of 1.1 KV grade 2 core 4 sq.mm XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable Conforming to IS:7098(Part-I) 1988 for outdoor lighting along with manufactures test certificate. [Make:Gloster/Havells/Polycab/PHED Approved]Supply of cable as per actual requirement at site.

Fitting fixing above supplied LED light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed with S&F length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required complete

Lowering of 2/3HP submersible pump motor with 120' to 150' column pipe (UPVC 50mm dia.) by using derric arrangement by engaging skilled labour including lowering all cable line as per direction.

Making the yield testing of tubewell by using necessary materials i.e. 'V' notch, starter cable, pump motor, column pipe including cariage of all materials, labour charges preparation & submission of reports), Generator set if required to complete the whole works as per direction of EIC.

Withdrawing the said installed pump (including above all system) by usoing chain pully derric as per direction and satisfection of EIC.
