Material & labour for taking down existing tarfelt and roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt, bitumen complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as a leveling course / padding on RCC roof top surfaces laid to slope and foinished fair and even complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparing roof surface with water and remove dirt, dust etc and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. (b) Apply evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm (c) Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application method with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap.The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. (d) Provide a polypropylene/polyester, non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gram/Sqm over the APP membrane . (e) Ponding test including supply of water for 72 hours after completion of water proofing work to the satisfaction of GE and record shall be submitted duly signed. Note - (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. ii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane.

Material & labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm through porus of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction.
