Supply and delivery of 50LPMX75 HEAD) THREE PHASE SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET SUITABLE FOR 15OMM DIA BOREWELL AS PER IS 8034/2002 WithOUT PANEL BOARD Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming to IS 8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230 V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 %

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Dismandling Existing Damaged PCC 1:2:4 all other connecting connectivity with all other Complete..,

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Towards labour charges for laying of pipe line with specials to proper slopes and gradients including all cost and conveyance etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Refillng with excavated earth after laying the pipes into the trenches including all labour charges etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Service Connection mains and all other Labour charges etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications.
