M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 45 x 45 x 5cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed (GI strip upto 7.5m including testing is deemed included in the item ).

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm (internal dimension) with one brick thick brick masonry built in CM 1:4, 100mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crashed stone aggregate) as in foundation and15mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally 15cm below ground level, providing 40x40x6mm angle iron frame all round the valve pit for cover, 4 Nos hold fast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6 mm embedded in brick work with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 230 x110 x75mm incl provn of hing welded with angle iron frame and Mild Steel sheet cover 3 mm thick, Mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with MS sheet cover & suitable locking arrangement & applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red-oxide primer including necessary excavation work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M&L for LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation etc with vent shaft, connection etc. complete for 25 users all as per manufacturer instructions complete all specified and directed.

M&L for construction of soakage wells including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes ofRCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.80 M dia X 3.0 M effective depth all as directed and shown in drawings.

S&F cable junction box 200 x 160 x 98 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic shet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals incl. 03 nos. polymide gland with cable check nut M-32 and one MCB SP 6 A complete fixed on walls with flat iron clamps of size 20x3 mm with nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all specified and directed.

S&F clamps 02 nos. made of flat iron of size 30x6 mm including nuts and blts for fixing of GI pipe on pole complete all as specified and directed.

ARBORICULTURE M & L preparing the surface by ploughing the areas upto 30 cm deep and removing the boulder or stone and mixing with good earth for preparing the ground to receive the grass plantation maxican carpet grass incl putting necessary application of different fertilizer and compost mixture @ 0.1 kg per sqm complete and maintenance of lawn free from weeds complete incl irrigating the area by sprinkling water as required

M & L preparing the surface by ploughing the areas upto 30 cm deep and removing the boulder or stone and mixing with good earth for preparing the ground to receive the plantation and planting different types of flower plants incl necessary application of different fertiliser and compost mixture @ 0.1 Kg per sqm complete and maintenance of the plant for 30 days or more till plants growths upto certain height and irrigating the area with proper method
