OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF 33/11 KV MAIN RECEIVING STATION, AMS CHILLED WATER TYPE CENTRAL AC PLANT AND PUMP HOUSE UNDER GE(AF) HASIMARA

Outsourcing of services for daily operation of 33/11 KV Main Receiving Station round the clock at the following locations per shift per day including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Main receiving station - 03 Shifts per day (One skilled electrician for three shifts per day) (b) Main receiving station - 01 Shift per day (One helper for one shift per day) (Necessary DHPP(N) and Engine oil shall be issued by the department free of cost under schedule B. Transportation of Sch 'B' materials from MES stores to work site shall be born by the contractor at any time as required without any extra cost). Note :- (i) Rate quoted against item No. 1 shall be deemed to include cost of tools and plants, grease, cleaning material cotton waste, brooms, Log Sheets, Shutdown / Breakdown register, Earthing check Register, Complaint slip, Complaint register, HT Hand Gloves etc and operator shall maintained properly as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The operator must be highly skilled electrician and ITI holder in appropriate trade or having minimum 3 years experience and should be fully conversant with the maintenance and operation/handling of 33/11 KV sub station and switch gears. (iii) The operator has to attend the telephone and lodge complaints and maintain all the record. (iv) Continuous monitoring (recording in log sheet) of measuring instruments voltmeter/ Ampere meter, Frequency, energy, PF, battery bank etc and ensure the performance with limits as per standard norms - round the clock. (v) Daily visual check of power transformers and switch gears and grid has to be carried out by the operator and to inform the EIC/JE about any discrepancy. (vi) The operator has to carry out the weekly maintenance of battery and charger. Topping of distilled water/battery solution shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. (vii) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the sub station and its surrounding area clean. (viii) The operator shall maintain all records in log sheet/log book of 33/11 KV sub stn including shut down/break down due to any reason from WBSEDCL or internal and any shutdown / breakdwon shall be informed immediately to the concerned Engr-in-charge. (ix) All earthing shall be tested weekly and records there of shall be maintained in a register verified by Engr-in-Charge. (x) The contractor shall maitain a cellphone(without camera and memory card) in all shifts with incoming and outgoing facilities and ensure proper functioning for the contract period. (xi) Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall work more that 48 hrs in a week and arrage the suitable reliever to each worker. (xii) Contractor shall ensure to the Accepting officer that proper record of EPF is being maintained and EPF deposited in account of all contracted labour. (xiii) Contractor shall be responsible for provinding 1st Aid medical facility to all Electrician & helper.

Outsourcing of services for daily operation of Chiller water type central AC plant of capacity 3x82 TR with 3 Nos Air handling unit at the following locations per shift per day including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Central AC plant - 03 Shifts per day (One skilled Ref Mech for three shifts per day) Note :- (i) Rate quoted against item No. 2 shall be deemed to include cost of tools and plants, grease, Sling Psycrometer, cleaning material cotton waste, brooms, Log Sheets etc and operator shall maintained properly as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The operator must be highly skilled Ref Mech and ITI holder in appropriate trade or having minimum 3 years experience and should be fully conversant with the maintenance and operation/handling of Central AC plant. (iii) The operator has to attend the telephone and lodge complaints and maintain all the record . (iv) Continuous monitoring and recording into log sheet for Temp, Humidity , KWH, PH, Amp of each unit, Amp of Condenser pump / Chiller pump etc and ensure the performance with limits as per standard norms - round the clock. (v) The contractor shall maitain a cellphone(without camera and memory card) in all shifts with incoming and outgoing facilities and ensure proper functioning for the contract period. (vi) Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall work more that 48 hrs in a week and arrange the suitable reliever to each worker. (vii) Contractor shall ensure to Accepting officer that proper record of EPF is being maintained and EPF deposited in account of all contracted labour. (viii) Contractor shall be responsible for provinding 1st Aid medical facility to all tradesman. (ix) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the AC plant and its surrounding area clean.

Outsourcing of services for daily operation of AMS Pump house round the clock at the following locations per shift per day including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) AMS Pump house - 01 Shift per day (One skilled FGM for one shift per day i.e 0800 to 1600 hrs) Note :- (i) Rate quoted against item No. 3 shall be deemed to include cost of tools and plants, grease, cleaning material cotton waste, brooms, Log Sheets etc and operator shall maintained properly as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The operator must be highly skilled FGM and ITI holder in appropriate trade or having minimum 3 years experience and should be fully conversant with the maintenance and operation/handling of Pump house (iii) The operator has to attend the telephone and lodge complaints and maintain all the record . (iv) Continuous monitoring and recording into log sheet for KWH, PH, Amp of motor etc and ensure the performance with limits as per standard norms - round the clock. (v) The contractor shall maitain a cellphone (without camera and memory card) in all shifts with incoming and outgoing facilities and ensure proper functioning for the contract period. (vi) Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall work more that 48 hrs in a week.and arrange the suitable reliever to each worker. (vii) Contractor shall ensure to Accepting officer that proper record of EPF is being maintained and EPF deposited in account of all contracted labour. (viii) Contractor shall be responsible for provinding 1st Aid medical facility to all tradesman. (ix) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the pump house and its surrounding area clean.
