Factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struct inside the solvent cement for styleand plain coloured PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and as per SSR drawing all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component elastomeric acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in TI 5/2003 including demolition and removal of existing treatment of any type with the following procedure in sequence all as specified and as directed:- (i) Demolition of existing treatment of any type including cleaning and removal of debris from site. (ii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 kg/sqm of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (iii) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm of cement mixed with with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. Contd.. 1.030

Contd... 1.029 (iv) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with including supply of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions above the treated area (v) Ponding the treated portion atleast 48 hours, if any leakage / seepage observed the entire procedures will be repeated without any extra cost. (vi) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (vii) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean cement concrete(1:5:10), type E-2 using brick bat. NOTE :- (i) The sunken slab sloped towards outer face to drain the water in to GI spout pipe. (ii) Coving shall be provided at the junction of slab with the wall. (iii) Nahni trap shall be 10mm below finished floor level and drain pipe dia is larger than the nahni trap size. (iv) The outer end of the spout should be chamfered. (v) mode of measurement : plan/floor area will be measured.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment (tarfelt) and removing to a distance of n.exc 50m all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description including WPT and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposal of debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm average thick including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Roof treatment by applying bitumen primer @ 0.27kg/sqm, providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.8 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180gm/sqm, having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/sq.cm in longitudinal and transverse directions, the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen VG-10 over the membrane @ 1.2kg/sqm, top of membrane shall than be finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @0.10kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on padding concrete surfaces in CM(1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with and including supply of approved water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick consisting of two coats of 5mm thick in CM(1:4) over a coat of 10 mm thick in CM(1:6) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Kota stone slab, 18-20mm thick, machine cut as in flooring of size not less than 0.25 square metre each, set and jointed in cement slurry over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and polishing (mirror type) complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces 350 x 250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm/ 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including backing coat 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping, removing, carefully loose / damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness upto 60mm) from existing RCC surfaces of columns, beams, soffits of slabs etc by low impact hammer / breakar without damaging the structure and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem".OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' and 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Mode of measurement: The surface area of steel only.

Anti corrosive treatment to reinforcement using corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc primer or Dr Fixit application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat, the application shall be done by brush after cleaning / wire burshing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE :- Mode of measurement: The surface area of steel only.

Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc ( NITBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit or equivalent of M/s Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and as directed.
