Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand /M sand) using First class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9” x 4 ½” x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For SuperStructure in Ground Floor

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished anti-skid ceramic tiles of approved brand and quality of size 30CM X 30CM in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand / M Sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand / M Sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand / M Sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of 32mm thick single leaf with skin type paneled door made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminiumaldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Aluminium door stopper / magnet catch 3” depth – 1 No. respectively, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Applying two coats of fosrac S2 chemical for damaged concrete floor / column / beam / sunken slab etc., upto 10mm thick by two layers and by using cement mix mortar in the above areas in all floors including finishing neatly curing etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand /P Sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand/P Sand) 20mm thick in all floors with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement and finishing neatly including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specifications.

Providing anti-corrosive coating over the already corroded rods using NITOZINC primer or equivalent of 1000ml for an average area of 2 sq.mm., as per the manufacturer’s recommendation including the cost of all material, labour, lead, lift T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Applying two coats of fosrac S2 chemical for RCC portions like slab, ceiling, column etc., / toilet sunken portion upto 10mm thick by two layers and by using chicken mesh in the sunken portion in all floors and applying brush bond two coats including finishing neatly curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supply and finishing in position of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The overall size of top rail, local rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. Casting and fixing of RCC precast slab of 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm thick hard broken stone jelly and river sand including the cost of reinforcement grills (The reinforcement grills and fabrication charges, moulding, curing finishing charges and fixing in position neatly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Painting new wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approve quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).
