Taking up/out CI/DI /GI /PPR water mains including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints for pipe of following bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing of following bore from trenches or walls etc. complete all as directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately). Pipe of size 15mm bore.

Cleaning and cutting of bushes for laying of DI Pipe of sizes 150 mm dia. Note- Transport the complete bushes and other items at distance 1 km away from the site.

M&L Cement concrete in foundation and mass concrete Type D2 1;4;8.

Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil. n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as directed. Note: Surplus spoil shall not be removed but left protrude over the trench.

Dewatering of Airator chamber of size 8 mtr X 2.5 mtr X 1.5 depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt,mud,sludge etc from the bottom of RCC tank and depositing at distance not exc 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent / bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dewatering of cascade Airator 4 step of base dia 7 mtr, height 6 mtr approx by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt, mud, sludge etc from the all step of RCC foundation and depositing at distance not exceeding 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal and outer surfaces of all steping including Base foundation by using jet water spry (using jet water spry machine) and suitable cleaning agent(liquid spry type) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of wall with broom or steel wire brush complete and M & L for distemper Oil emulsion /cement base paint one coat as per existing colour with arrangement of scaffolding / T&P by the contractor for outer surface RCC Airator tank well of any shape of the of size 8mtr X 2.5 mtr X 1.5 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of flocculation chamber of size 13'6" X 13'6" X 12' depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt,mud,sludge etc from the bottom of RCC tank and depositing at distance not exc 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent / bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dewatering of Clarifier chamber of size 36' dia,14'6" depth by means of pump set and removing all deposited silt, mud, sludge etc from the bottom of RCC tank and depositing at distance not exceeding 50 mtr, Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber using suitable cleaning agent / bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of under ground raw sewage water lifting well of size 3mx3mx3.5m deep by removing sludge and silt completely with the help of electric operated lift machine from the bottom of raw sewage water lift well (approximate height of sludge 1.5m) scrapping out complete sludge from the side wall of raw sewage well with the help of wire brush & transport the complete sludge and silt at distance 3 km away from the sewage treatment plant including applying two coat of lime wash on side wall of sewage raw water lifting well wall and Clearing and cleaning of the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of FMR tank of size 13mx6.5x3.5m deep by removing sludge and silt completely with the help of electric operated lift machine from the bottom of raw sewage water lift well (approximate height of sludge0.5m) scrapping out complete sludge from the side wall of raw sewage well with the help of wire brush and transport the complete sludge and silt at distance 3km away from the sewage treatment plant including applying two coat of lime wash on side wall of FMR tank of sewage treatment plantl and clearing and cleaning of the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Equilisation tank of size 11.5mx8.5x3.5m deep by removing sludge and silt completely with the help of electric operated lift machine from the bottom of raw sewage water lift well scrapping out complete sludge from the side wall of raw sewage well with the help of wire brush and transport the complete sludge and silt at distance 3km away from the sewage treatment plant including applying two coats of lime wash on side wall of Equilisation tank of sewage treatment plantl and clearing and cleaning of the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of under ground raw sewage water lifting well at civilian qtr of size 3mx3mx3.5m deep by removing sludge and silt completely with the help of electric operated lift machine from the bottom of raw sewage water lift well (approximate height of sludge 1.5m) scrapping out complete sludge from the side wall of raw sewage well with the held of wire brush & Transport the complete sludge and silt at distance 3 km away from the sewage treatment plant including applying two coat of lime wash on side wall of sewage raw water lifting well walls clearing and cleaning of the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of under ground rain water lifting well at of size 3mx2.5mx3.5m deep by removing mud and silt completely with the help of electric operated lift machine from the bottom of rain water lift well scrapping out complete mud/ silt from the side wall of rain water lift well with the help of wire brush including applying two coat of lime wash on side wall of sewage raw water lifting well wall clearing and cleaning of the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sludge drying beds of size 1.2mx1.2mx1.5m deep by removing sludge /silt completely & scrapping out complete sludge/ silt from the side wall of drying beds with the help of wire brush including applying two coat of lime wash on side wall of sludge drying bedsat sewage treatment plant and clearing and cleaning of the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of existing old /unserviceable filter media and supply filling /laying filter media in the sewage treatment plant including necessary testing complete all as specified and directed.

Coarse sand 16 to 32 mesh

M&L, one coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping the rusted surface of the existing panel board, pump motor, blower unit ,air blower pipe line, sludge pipeline ,clear water pipeline, valves, pump house gate etc with the brush all as per existing colour code complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sewage plant

Preparation of outer wall with broom or steel wire brush complete and M & L for distemper Oil emulsion /cement base paint Two coat as per existing colour with arrangement of scaffolding / T&P by the contractor for outer surface of under ground raw sewage Tank of capacity size 3mx3mx3.5m deep at STP complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 53 above herein before but Equilisation tank of size 11.5mx8.5x3.5m deep at SMQ STP complete all as specified and directed.

Dotto as per item No 53 above herein before but FMR tank of size 13mx6.5x3.5m deep at STP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaningandremovelof all scale/ mud/dirt etc from tanks by bleaching powder (Grade-I quality appox 250Gms) and the mouth of rising/ distribution pipe etc for 500 ltr capacity tank and marking of following in English block capital letters on the surface of the tank in synthetic enamel white paint not exceeding 10 cm height:- (i) DATE OF CLEANING

Description all as per item No 56 above but 1000 ltr capacity tank using 400 gms of bleaching powder (Grade-I quality).

Cleaning of jackwell from bottom by means taking out solid sludge to be disposed outside MOD Land from the starting poin, White washing to complete internal walls and floors of chambers and painting to hand rail all as per specified and directed and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. 10 meter depth and 6 meter dia approximate (at RSPH low lifet).

Taking down Turbine motor of 50 HP capacity from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling, re-installing the pump set in original position for the following capacity: Note:- spare parts, winding wire required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing suitable for turbine pump 50 HP no 321E/291E. Make: SKF/ NBC or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing suitable for turbine pump 50 HP no 6311. Make: SKF/ NBC or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair MS collar as per sample.

Supply and fixing Pump shaft of vertical turbine pump of cap 50 HP (Min 3 Meter long) of stainless steel as per existing sizes with MS socket, bush complete with threading , machining and groove cutting with shaft key as per sample complete all as specefied and directed. .
