M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflourescent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as specified in Item No.1 above, but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling.

All as specified in item No.1 above, but applying one coat of Oil Bound distemper on walls complete Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for scaffolding to carry out the work for height of ten storey building (Ground+nine)

All as specified in Item No.1 above, but applying 3mm thick Birla wall putty over plastered and other surfaces

M & L Priming over ( plastered / unplastered / surface where 3mm wall care putty applied in item No. 4 ) and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint

M & L for preparation of old surface of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for scaffolding to carry out the work for height of ten storey building (Ground+nine)

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls, filling the holes/cavities and platering the surface required, cleaning and preparation of the surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic (Apex) as per manufactured instruction complete all specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for scaffolding to carry out the work for height of ten storey building (Ground+nine)

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over wooden surfaces including preparation of old surfaces over 10cm width or girth all as specified and directed

M & L for painting one coat synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old surface of any description , over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described all as specified and directed Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for scaffolding to carry out the work for height of ten storey building (Ground+nine)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM (1:6) finish even and fair without using extra cement over and including 10mm thick dubbing coat on irregular face of wall in CM 1: 6 including taking down existing plastering of any description complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth with sagol all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying complete wall with POP/Birla putty and making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces ceiling and applying complete ceiling with 3mm POP/Birla putty and making smooth surface and applying three coats of white wash over a coat of POP/Birla putty all as specified and directed.

Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office. The rate shall be quoted by the contractor including scaffolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs. (From item No.1 to 10)

Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

Contractor has to complte welcome maints in all aspect witin time limit as per Offcier Quarter allowtment letter, failing which recovery will be initiated

Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work and obtain the signature of occupant as the site clearance has done. The same shall be verified and put up before issue of completion certificate.

All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper

Mechanical scaper should be deposited in our store at the time of sample approval
