Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out / laying of under ground cable,pole or stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath / pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured).

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or out existing cable of sizes 4 core 10/16 Sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station after testing by meggar (insulation tester), stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further disposal complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Excavation/ cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring under roads in conventional method without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing of cable protection pipe of size upto 50mm etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pipe shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line/ street light (except embedded portion), 8.5/9 Mtrs long complete including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) by necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on back ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top lantern of 40 Watt, 230 volts, 50 Hz, IP65, new generation, post-top, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and accessories such as pre-wired etc suitable for gate light complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. LPTO-40-CDL-M or equivalent in Philips/ GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light 60 W with minimum lumen of 6000Lm, PF >0.95 new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source cover having driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance with built-in surge protection device suitable for mounting for pole complete all as specified and diected. Make : Crompton Cat Part No CRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent in Philips/ GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light 45 W with minimum lumen of 4500Lm, PF >0.95 new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life made up of pressure diecast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source cover having driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance with built-in surge protection device suitable for mounting for pole complete all as specified and diected. Make : Crompton Cat Part No. CRP-409-45-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent in Philips/ GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HOT moulded (FRP) cable jucntion box for street light pole/ post top with locking arrangementt hinged door with IP -65 protection of size 205 x 255 X 112 with 100 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block/ busbar with 10 Amps MCB SP and steel bracket to fix with pole/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern/ garden lights etc. fittings on pole/ wall/ pillar/ from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of of LED Gate/ Pillar/ Post Top light 20 watt, 230 volts AC, outdoor decorative type of size 7.2 x 7.2 x 15.2 inches with B-22 type brass holder, made out of aluminium material, IP-54 protection with & including 20W, B-22 type warm white LED bulb complete all as specified and directed. Make : Superscape Cat Part No GL4749-L or equivalent in Crompton/ Philips/ GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light 100 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium housing, non integral, IP66, flood light with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed. Note: The bracket for flood light is deemed to be included in item qoated rate. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. CFS-504-100-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG/ Philips Cat Part No. BVP192 LED 110 CW HO NB FG GR PSU or equivalent in GE.

S&F in replacement of rigid non-metallic medium grade PVC conduit 25mm dia inclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal), tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out routine, preventive maint & servicing of DG set of under mentioned capacity, Make: Kirloskar/ Ashok Leyland in all respect like checking of diesel engine, multi cylinder and all safety devices, control panel by service engineer / service technician of any reputed service center/ auth service center of OEM periodicaly or on requirement basis and replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories including calibration of control devices/ refitting of serviceable parts after cleaning/ servicing including minor consumables accessories like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc including draining of oil dust from foundation/ base plate complete all as specified and directed for the following under mentioned DG set:- (a) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves including adjust, if required. (b) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, water filter,screen filters assy, air filter etc. (c) Topping up of coolant & changing of hydraulic governer oil. (d) Tightening of all nut bolts including greasing of all points. (e) Checking of any leaking in fuel tank and oil lines. (f) Adjusting valve tappet clearance/timing, injector pressure test, cleaning and repairing, tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (g) Repair/ rewiring of broken/ damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine protection devices etc. Note (a): DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance/ testing will be issued under Sch "B" free for filling and coolant will be paid separately. (b): Labour charges for dismantling/ taking down and replacement/ refixing parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit item quoted rate. (c): Spare parts like oil filter, fuel filter, water filter, screen filter by pass filter, air filter etc will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement battery terminal cable, copper conductor with brass adaptor at both side of end point, multistrand, unsheathed, single core, 25 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade in length of 1.5 mtr long suitable for 12 Volts & upto 180 AH battery. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantaling the unserviceable radiator for DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA from engine, transportation to the civil workshop or repair at site, repair the tank / storage portion including necessary welding/ brazing & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets, refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling turbo-charger assembly with impeller & kit from the DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA from engine, transportation to civil work shop for repair or repair at site, if possible, cleaning and carrying out inspection of each components/ spares segregation of serviceable spares for reuse including decarbonising machine, cutting, grinding polishing etc. and re-assembling the turbo-charger after necessary repair/ maint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out exhaust silencer box and pipe from the DG set, decarburizing and cleaning the silencer box including replacement of nut, bolts, washers clamp/ bracket and refixing and wraping with new asbestos rope and powder complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Unit quoted rate includes cost of asbestos rope and powder)

M&L for dismantling of injector assembly of the DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA from engine and repairing, cleaning and overhauling of the same with necessary calibration including replacement of defective item as required to make same fully fuctional complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective self starter of any make from the DG set of capacity 50/40KVA. , transporting to civil workshop dismantling the same to take out defective parts and repairing by replacement of carbon brushes, armature coil, field coil, bush, bearings and bendix pinion, clutch assembly and other related components, reassembling & shifting to original location, refixing on the DG set , making all connections and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fuel pipe to the DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA complete including clip all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement fan V belt to the DG set of various capacity 50/40 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for setting of valve timing chain for DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA. During the process of setting of valve timimg chain, open the air filter of the DG set and replaced the air filter and open the head of the DG set and set the the valve timing chain perfectorly and ensure the smooth functioning of the DG set without any unwanted sound complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Spare parts like filter shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for dismantling of fuel pump assembly of DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA from engine for repair, cleaning and overhauling of the same with necessary calibration including replacement of defective item as required to make fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 50/40 KVA DG set complete with engine, alternator, radiator, exhaust hood and other standard fittings & attachments (including diesel tank & acoustic enclosure) as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast one coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of on load changeover switch four pole, 100 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz in SS enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & topping up heavy duty concentrate/ anti freeze radiator coolant complete all as specified and directed. (Make-HP/ Servo/ Castrol)

Supply & topping up distilled water for batteries complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welded, binding, cold as hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of AVR as per exising model suitable DG set of capacity 50/40 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of automatic nature timer (based on lux level of natural light) based street light panel 3phase, 12-18kW, IP66 with in-built nature switch, power contactor, incoming & outgoing 40A TP MCB, pole/ wall mounted type, thermoplastic polymer weather proof enclosure, internal connecting cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nature Switch/ Havells/ Legrand or as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enameled spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) of approved shade complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high as per colour scheme complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable lubricant oil from engine chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling lubricant oil 15w40 for topping up/replacement in engine chamber complete all as specified and directed. Make: Castrol/Volvoline/Servo/HP.

M&L for fixing of broken acoustic enclosure gate of DG set of any capacity/make by providing proper hinging and fixing in position including necessary welding/ nuts, bolts, washers as per existing size/ type complete all as specified and directed. (Note: One side door will be measured & paid as one job).

Material and labour for cleaning of fuel tank of DG Sets of 50/40 KVA capacity by taking out diesel in separate container, tank out of DG set, cleaning & removing all dirt/ sluge/ mud, dust, washing with fresh water thoroughly, drying and fixing back to its original location including making of all connection and re-filling of diesel in tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick electrode and 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm as earth lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including brazing) connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I includoing taking out old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper strip 20mm x 3mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal black or phosphorgus bronz size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia and 25mm long neckhead screws including MS box 2mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I including earth work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recharging of earthing pits by filling of common salt in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity. (ii) Recharging shall be carry out at site on requirement basis as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
