Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces by using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distempe , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Aluminium powder coating (miniumum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) frame for doors, windows,ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat and rubber beading/ lining for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
Aluminium powder coating (miniumum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) work for shutters of doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions (Fixed portions) including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provosion for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be fixed and paid separetly ) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with equired EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
Anodised Aluminium powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) work for shutters of doors, side hung type, without sash bars, aluminum section weighing min 1.20 kg/Rm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as hinges type B-21, 100 mm long (03 Nos) 100 mm aluminium ha)ndle (02 No) and 100 mm aluminium tower bolt (02 Nos) lock, in one shutter,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note: Supplying and fixing of Glass or board shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.
Anodised Aluminium powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) two track sliding window of Aluminium section weighing not less than 1.20 Kg/Rm including jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing,anodised aluminum snap beading,screws, anodised aluminum fittings such as roller, lock, 100 mm aluminum handle (04 nos) and 100 mm aluminum tower bolts (02 Nos) in one shutter ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note: Supplying and fixing of Glass or board shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.
Aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS :1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15 of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre , including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per architectural drawing and all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

The generating set and acoustic enclosure shall confirm to emission norms and noise level. The acoustic enclosure shall be type tested and certificate obtained for the type approved from approved agencies listed in government notifications. Specification of DG set shall be as specified and comprising of the fwg:-
(a) Engine (Prime mover):- Diesel engine vertical type of adequate capacity for 58.5 KVA , 04 cylinder inline, 04 stroke cycle, water cooled turbo charged, at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS : 5514, turbo charged water cooled, compression ratio 18.3:1, 12 Volts 120 Ah electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings, fixtures as per manufacturer instructions including suitable engine control panel / dash board with electronic tachometer, lubrication oil, temperature and pressure gauges water temp gauge and frequency (digital type) including safety automatic shut down in case of fault such as high water temp low oil pressure, over speed etc including self starter, alternator, cogged, V belt, fuel tank with first fill of lub oil and coolant (as applicable) etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Alternator :- Alternator AC, 3 phase 415V, 4 wire rated line current form output 58.5 KVA, PF 0.8 1500 RPM, confirming to BS 5000 directly coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self exited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features:- (i) + 0.5% voltage regulations (max) in static conditions. (ii) IP 23 protection with insulation class H (iii) Permissible overload of 10% for 01 hours in 12 hours of operation.
(iv) Anti-vibration pads for mounting engine and alternator assembly on the base frame / plate or as recommended / provided by the manufacturer. (c) Base frame made out of structural steel as per manufacturer’s recommended design / specifications. (d) Acoustic Enclosure Provision of an integral type approved/ certified acoustic enclosure. It shall be made of 16 SWG or manufacturer’s standard norms out of CRCA sheet with powder coated finished on outside and provided with non-igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material of suitable thickness and perforated sheet of stainless steel as per manufacturer’s design. The doors and glass window shall be as per manufacturer’s design. The base frame shall of ISMC. It shall also include the following:- (i) Silencer, suitable exhaust , residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper cable (ISI 694 marked) FRLSH in conduit for light and fan point lamp fittings including lamp.
