Setting of stubs (set of four) including transportation and distribution of stubs and accessories complete excluding cost of excavation, concreting, back filling etc.

Construction of cast in situ RCC ring well casing of inner dia 1200 mm and outer dia 1400 mm for tower foundation as per approved drawing and technical specifications, sinking of the ring well through all strata of soil (clay, sand, silt, gravel, rock etc.) upto the depth of approved drawing, including cost of dewatering, carriage of material to work site, site preparation, protection of work site and adjacent properties, supply of shuttering, shoring etc. complete as per drawing & specifications. (payment will be made as per actual sinking length of RCC ring well.) RCC M-20 Grade C+0 and C+6 Type (+2M, 2.1M, 0.7M raised height)(Wet type of foundation) at Loc 27B, 4A & 29 Total 34x3 = 102 RM

Providing and laying Reinforced cement croncrete (M-20) works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including cost of labour and construction materials such as cement, sand, stone aggregate, reinforment TMT bars, formwork/shuttering, strutting and propping etc., MS angle, MS Plate, MS Nuts & Bolts and other materials, dewatering, curing, transportation of materials, tools & equipments.
