Repairs to 250 KVA Transformer at ADM area at Mil stn Dappar under GE (P) Dappar

(a) Taking down defective distribution transformer 11/0.433 KV capacity 250 KVA from 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure / plinth mounted and transportation to workshop and back after carrying out necessary repairs / replacement of defective parts and refixing, including installation, commissioning testing on load as specified. Opening of transformer top cover by unscrewing nuts, bolts etc and keeping aside and getting out transformer oil, isolation of HV & LV winding from tank and checking, testing by technical expert team, Rewinding of 11 KV HT / LT side out of 11 / 0.433KV, distribution transformer with super enameled copper conductor as per existing size and gauge with providing 'F' class insulating materials and carrying out varnishing, drying by electric furnace. Note : HT/LT Coil for rewinding of transformer shall be measured seperately in respective item. Each -01 Job. (b) Removing the burnt out HT winding coils and rewinding with braided copper conductor as that if existing gauge and No of turns all as specified and directed. Kgs-100 (c) Removing the burnt out LT winding coils and rewinding with braided copper conductor as that existing gauge and No of turns including insulating with all as specified and directed.-kgs 20 (d) Replacement of silica gel breather -01 No (e) Replacement of temperature gauge -01 No (f) Removing the burnt out LV bushes and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts etc complete for transformer of capacity 250 KVA Each -04 (g) Removing the burnt out HV bushes and replace with Brass HV bushes, nuts , check nuts etc complete for transformer of capacity 250 KVA Each -03 (h) Replacement of synthethetic rubberised cork sheet gasket 1/4" thick suitable for main body of transforemr capacity 250 KVA.-Each -07 (j) Replacement of ON OFF HT tap changer of suitable size with tapping arrangement 2.5% to 3.5% capacity 250 KVA transformer.-Each -01 (k) Material and Labour transformer oil low viscoscitiy EHV grade having 60 KV di-electric strength conforming to IS-335 in orginal company sealed drum for replacement or topping up to oil level mark at the conservator all as specified and directed by Engr-in-CHarge.Ltrs -120 (l) Dehumidification and filteration of transformer oil at different locations by dehumidification plant including testing of oil samples both before and after filteration all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.-Ltrs -330 Note : The dielectric strength of the transformer oil shall be not less than 40 KVA with 2mm gap after filtration. (m) M&L for painting of transformer 250 KVA with good quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying two coats on external portion of transformenr after scrubbing cleaning stains greasy spots dust, including cleaning of tempreature gauge and silica gel, oil tempreature level. The painting of transformer shall be carried out including writing of SM/MES No by approved white enamel paint complete each 01 Job Note : Old unserviceable materials would be contractor property
