Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers ( 10mm +5mm ) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC on second layer all as per manufacturer's instructions finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished without even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes and finished upto derived level in apron complete all as specified and directed
