Engineering Procurement and Construction of Interim Terminal Building along with Kerb area, Operational Boundary Wall for segregation of airside and cityside area, Substation Building/Utility Building, WTP, Kerb amenities, staircase for ground to mezzanine floor etc. with Site development, Mezzanine floor with metal deck sheet and offices as per drawing, Art work, site survey, site investigations, Earth Work, RCC / Composite Steel Structure/Steel Structure, Roofing system with roof access and steel structure, Brick Work / AAC Block work, Aluminium / Glazed façade, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works with ACP or as approved by EIC, Flooring, False Ceiling, Partition, VIP lounge along with furniture, offices, Tensile fabric canopy, Rain water harvesting, Portable container project office, Interior Works and furniture for SHA, Check-in area as per drawings including Check In Counters, Child care room, Smoking room, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, Drainage system, Landscaping & Horticulture, Drip irrigation, Fountain, Surface Car park, Bore wells if required, Utilities, Septic Tank & Soak Pit, Internal & External Electrification , Power Supply System including Substation equipment like Transformer, HT panel, LT panel, APFC panel, Synchronizing panel etc.& DG sets with storage system , UPS, HVAC/VRV/VRF system, split ACs, BHS (Baggage Handling System), Sliding door, Air curtain, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System, Fire extinguishers, Fire Alarm Detection System, Internal, External Illuminated and Non-Illuminated Way Finding Signages and Emergency escape signages, High Mast Lighting, Building Signage, PAVA system, , Water Treatment Plant (WTP) & RO system including water supply pumps, Tyre killer/ Spike barrier, EPABX(IP), Hand dryers, sanitary Napkin Vending machine with incinerator, water cooler with RO, baby diaper changing station, baby protection safety chair, Shoe Shining Machine, Airport Systems (FIDS, EPBAX & CCTV), IT System etc. as per drawings, Specifications, DBR, Scope, Codes and Practices and all other requirements as contained in tender document. The detailed design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS, IEC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements i/c optimization of energy efficiency complete as required. Scope of work shall also cover DLP of 02 years after actual completion of work thereafter (i) AICMC for a period of 03 years after DLP for MEP, AS & IT System (ii) Operation of MEP installations i/c ELV Services for a period during DLP of 02 years. AICMC shall be applicable for MEP, AS and IT, packages indicated at Schedule-N Note: The bidder shall quote the offer excluding GST, ESI & PF (Employer’s Contribution).
