REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALL, GATE,FENCING, DRAIN AND ALLIED WORKS OF C1, C1A, C2A, C2B AND FAFA INSIDE AT YODHA GATE UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in CM and removing rubbish upto a distance of n exc 50 mtr all as specified

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius but except bricks (obtained from item No 01) complete all as specified .

M&L for removing mortar from oldsize sub class bricks obtained from demolition built in cement mortar and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as per specified nd directed.

M&L in repair precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies 35mm thick including all mouldings posts etc set in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old Jafries/ Jallies and removing ffrom site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall etc incl racking out joints & hacking out for key and scrubbing down with water all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resitant primer complete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs/roof slabs/ beams/ columns of any description not otherwise specially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.
