M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described on brick work, concrete surfaces, with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian letters) not exceeding 30 cm height in synthetic enamel paint of approved make (Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Jenson & Nicholson or similar brands).
