DRG No. FD-220 (for item No. 1.00 to 8.00) CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY TOP:- S&F in repair 12mm thick plywood as per IS:303 BWR Grade, approved Make in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the charpoy G I pipe ply top with suitable steel nut & bolt with washer including removal of damaged ply wood complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Reassembling/Tightening the loose components of frame including welding of broken existing MS flat iron stiffners to the long rails before fixing of ply top with frame of charpoy GI pipe ply top complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

S&F in repair MS flat iron stiffener of size 35x5mm made in half round shape fit to long rails as per requirement including welding to long rails of charpoy GI pipe ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

S&F in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail for GI Chapoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from item No 4 above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. 5 above here-in-before end threading other end provided with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plale welded at bottom and fixed in repairs complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

S&F in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way, ISI marked to charpoy GI ply top and charpoy GI N/N, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

S&F in repairs MS Check nuts, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.
