Sch 'A' Sec - II (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS)

200mm bore perforated medium grade GI pipe with 12mm dia holes drilled including both ends flanged fitted to the inlet vertical pipe of 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

200mm dia cast iron sluice valve, ISI marked PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846-2000 both end flanged, drilled, steel spindle and iron wheel handle, CI gate with MS ring complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron double flanged duck foot bend suitable for 200mm bore pipe including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets etc with and including embedding in thrust PCC blocks (as shown on drawing) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron double flanged duck foot bend suitable for 250mm bore pipe including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets etc with and including embedding in thrust PCC blocks (as shown on drawing) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing digital water level indicator including five stage magnetic sensing probe unit made of stainless steel (SS-304) of 16mm dia probe stem customised to depth of the tank and sensors are epoxy sealed in the probe stem actuated by float that moves on the probe stem with the level of water in the tank and reading shown in LED digital panel including connection from probe unit to panel and panel to DB with copper conductor cable of suitable size as per manufacturerer instructions drawn through & including 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI marked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surfaces including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal etc. complete all as specified and as directed . Make Active controls / RAWACO /Century 21st / Unison / Alphatech.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 120 X120 X120 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, inner plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 5mm with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing CI pipes 200mm bore in trenches for fixing /insertion of new tee/pipe line/fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Earth work and new tee/pipe/fittings etc as required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supplying and laying Ductile Iron pipe 200mm (8”) bore, spigot and socket joint, Class “K-9”, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Earth work and DI specials/ fittings shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Cost of joints including jointing materials shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Ductile iron specials/ fittings of any type, Bends, tapers, increasing, decreasing sockets, tees (Single and double branch), tail pieces and collars etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Make of DI fittings shall be same make as that of DI pipe or of make recommended by manufacturer of pipe.

Cast iron pipe 200mm bore, centrifugally cast, class 'B' , (ISI marked) with both ends flanged pipes (from sluice valve to extended Inlet and outlet pipes upto 3mtr beyond plinth protection of OHR or as directed) complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cast iron pipe 200mm bore, centrifugally cast, class 'LA' , (ISI marked) with both ends flanged pipes (from sluice valve to extended washout pipes upto 3mtr beyond plinth protection of OHR or as directed) complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cast iron pipe 250mm bore, centrifugally cast, class 'LA' , (ISI marked) with both ends flanged pipes (from duct foot bend to extended overflow pipes upto 3mtr beyond plinth protection of OHR or as directed) complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION - VI, (PART-I) (LIGHTENING PROTECTION AND AVIATION/ OBSTRUCTION LIGHT WORKS)

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION - VI, (PART-II) LIGHTENING PROTECTION AND AVIATION/ OBSTRUCTION LIGHT WORKS)

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 25X4mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinfircement (TMT) with 8mm dia @ 100 c/c bothways & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I. Note: (i) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (ii) PCC chamber shall be construced at least 1.50 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Aviation obstruction light fitting, twin type, comprising of aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate enclosure and accessories complete with LEDs to be fixed on the OHR with suitable fixing accessories as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Bajaj Cat part No BGAV302 LED or equivalent in Philips/Wipro/Crompton

Sub main wiring for connection to aviation light from DB to top of OHR /any other light fittings elsewhere with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH grade PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI marked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surfaces including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Two runs of copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit including accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Sch 'A' Sec - VII, (External Electrification Works)

Sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Burnt clay brick old size class 'B' for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed

LT cable XLPE, insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earthwork, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ)

Factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) SPN, 04 Way (04 modules) 230/240V, double door, dust and vermin proof, protection class IP-54 with and including 01 No MCB, SPN, 10KA, 10 Amp and 02 Nos MCB, SP, 6 Amp, 'C' curve including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and asdirected.

Supply and fixing in replacement of energy efficient LED Street Light fittings of 45 W capacity including electric connection, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, fixing with and including GI bracket made out of suitable size of light grade 32 mm dia tubing upto 1.2 mtr length bent to shape with 02 sets of MS clamps made out of minimum 3 mm MS flat iron with suitable bolt and nuts including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed :-

(a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt. Dismantling of old existing sluice valve and duck foot valve of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old CI/DI pipes and fittings/ accessories any size & type connected with OHR in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old air termination rod from OHR complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Aluminium strip of any size of lightning protection from OHR complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing RCC OHR of any discription and in any position, (appx 2 lakh gallon capacity) carefully without blasting, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate and including removing rubbish material (i.e concrete and all other unserviceable dabries) from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of GE/AGE) at any distance upto 10 KM from the site complete all as directed.
