Construction of Sub grade and earth shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2, with upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1

Granular sub base/base/ surface course with local materials (table 400.13) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per technical specification clause 408.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (With initial lead of 5.00km) (A) By manual means

Providing and laying interlocking Concrete block pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed . (C) Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete Edge Block / Edge restraint complete as per technical specification clause 1504

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

RCC Cover drain (1.20 m x 1.30 m): Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materials.

RCC Grade M-20: Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.
