Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five M.Sand) using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five P.Sand) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Renewing the old and damaged tiles and relaying with new Polished Glazed vitrified tiles ( PGVT ) of size 1600 x 800 x 10 mm of approved and special quality set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of Dupont Corian of 6 to 12mm thk. Applied on sides of column as directed. To minimise material usage and facilitate installation, a corner block of corian should be made square (Butt) joint rather than mitred. The edges joined should be straight, smooth and clean. Joints should only be made with joint Adhesive for Dupont Corian. All corners of a cut must be rounded to 5mm radius and the edges smoothed, both on top & bottom, all around "L" & "U"shaped corners need smooth 5mm radius inside corner. All works done to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Note:- Work done including labour, material wastage, time limits, required hardware etc.

Providing and fixing of wall panelling using 2"x1" Aluminium Channel 2"-0" intervals on both directed and fixing to the existing wall portion and fixing 8 mm thick High Density Water Proof /Resistance board using screws etc., and finishing with 1mm thick Printed PVC laminated sheet of approved quality and colour with out grooves using fevicol etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supply and fixing of Decorative wall paper over the existing wall surface. The rate including cost of wall paper , adhesives for laying and applying 2 coats of wall putty and finishing the surface neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Gypsum False Ceiling: Supplying and fixing of Special type false ceiling and fixing in position of false ceiling at a height of 8 to 10’-0” from floor as per site conditions by fixing 12 mm Th. Gypsum Board sheets on frame work of GI sheet section. The main runners of 22 gauge GI sheet and cross runners of 24 gauge GI sheet must be framed to form a mesh of 2’0 x2’0” c/c. The Gypsum Board must be fixed to the GI frame and joint to be properly filled in with POP paste and paper tape to get a levelled smooth ceiling. Recessing of the Gypsum Board for light fixtures must be done along with extra frame work of GI sheet section to hold the concealed light fixtures etc. including cost of two or more coats to give an even shade of plastic paint on ceiling with putty work complete with designer ceiling (with part ply,laminate and cover) as required and directed by the Officers in charge.

Design,Providing, installation and fixing 12 mm thick Toughened Glass DOORS upto 2.40 M as per required arrangement & proper machine edge finish in angle & fixed in the flooring side with Aluminium 'U' channel .Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 12 mm thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be installed by means of steel fittings of an approved make Saint Gobain / Asahi or equivalent. Including Floor spring (make:- Dorma or equivalent), Lock approved make, Door Handle both side(SS make), all works including labour, wastages, cost of scaffolding, finishing with frosted design film etc. complete.

The structural Glass walls system shall be complete with proper water tight silicon sealants /gaskets. M.S Brackets to support the structure system shall be hot dipped galvanized and slots in the brackets to be pre drilled not flame cut. All bolts,nuts,washers shall be 300 series non magnetic stainless steel and lock washers to be provided at all bolting connections. All anchor fasteners shall be of Hilti/Fisher make. All structural silicone shall be of Dow Corning make. The Rates includes all material, Labour, Wastages, Cost of scaffolding,fixing & Finishing with frosted design film etc. Complete.

Providing & Fixing frosted film manufactured by 3 M approved equivalent on glass partition wherever required as per the instruction of Architect.

Providing and fixing in position, Double leaf flush door of required size including providing & fixing T.W. frame 60mm x150mm., 45mm thick solid code hard wood block board shutters with 25mm x 45mm lipping allround the shutter & finished with 1mm thick approved textured laminates on either sides, finishing all exposed surfaces of wood with approved shade french polish, treating all the surfaces of wood in contact with surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing & fixing FULL HEIGHT BOTH SIDE LAMINATED PARTITION at required location having height more than 2.8 meter & minimum 77 mm thick made by using 50 x 50 mm (finished size) of approved quality seasoned TW section framing at 600 mm center to center, covered with 12 mm marine ply generally confirming to I.S.303 / I.S.710-1980 on both sides. The partitions shall be finished with 1.5 mm thk. approved quality laminate matt/suede/fine line finished lamination pattern with grooves on both sides with necessary lipping (BTC) moulding. Antitermite treatment to plywood and woodwork,door frame including all leads & lifts etc complete as per Architect's Drawing and instructions of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fabrication of 5’-0” or as per site requirement Counters with counter body of 18mm, 12mm & 6mm thk plywood. The counter top (the working top to be of 18mm thk plywood board 3’0” wide working top must be at 2’6”ht from the floor with 1mm thick laminate top slab of approved shade. A ready made metallic keyboard tray EBCO make and a drawer unit having 3nos of drawers provided with Godrej/Clik multi (automatic) lock. A round PVC cable crossing socket must be fixed on the table top for power/data cable crossing. A foot rest made of 19mm thk block board (box type) to be fixed and a ready made CPU carrier with wheels to be provided. All the exposed surfaces to be covered with 1 mm thick laminate. All inside/ hidden surfaces/ drawers must be finished with 0.8 mm thick white laminate. All the corners/ edges of plywood and block board to be protected with laminate/plastics beads. The counter must be provided with cuts & slots to enable laying of electrical, telephone and data lines as per requirement.

SS Post Glass Railing Works: Design, Supply, Fabrication and installation of Glass Railings Systems (H=1200MM) as per approved drawings complete using SS 304 Top handrail 65mm dia, anchor bracket. U Channel / mechanism including cover profile & silicon grip as mentioned below with all necessary hardwares along with 10mm Thick toughened glass as per specifications etc. including providing all fixing arrangement fixing of all accessories as per manufactures standard, and instruction as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Repolishing the old marble / granite floor with electric polisher machine to high degree a using variety of rough stones such as size 80, 200 and 360 with mixing of marble powder polishing machine more than four times up to final polishing with perfectly smooth and glossy appearance etc, finally the floor to be washing with tin oxide and oxalic acid with mixed with water etc, complete. The rate is cost of materials, hire charges for polishing machine, labour charges etc, complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc,complete.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete.

Repairing and Refixing of existing Teakwood entrance door of size 5.5 x 2.9 m replacing damaged parts wherever necessary with same quality of teakwood and changing the screws, hinges and repolishing with two coats with best quality PU varnish of approved quality and brand including removal of old paint from wood works, thorough scrapping, preparation of surface, cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges and neat finishing etc. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete including fixing with necessary furntiure fittings such as 6 feet ornamental antique finish tower bolt (heavy duty), 2 feet brass ornamental antique finish handle (heavy duty), 2.5 feet brass ornamental antique finish aldrop (heavy duty) fixing and finishing neatly in position as directed by the departmental officers etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing of false ceiling using MS hollow section of 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm thick spacing @ 1.00 m intervals both top and bottom with necessary base plate and self locking screws. The top portion is fixed with Bison board of 10 mm thick and bottom to be fixed with hilux board of 10 mm thick. The bottom surface should be painting with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint over 2 coats of wall putty. The rate including cost of materials , labour charges for fixing of bison board, hilux board in position with screws and nails and finishing neatly etc complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc,complete.

STRUCTURAL GLAZING : ( PRINTED GLAZED ) Design, supply,fabrication & erection of approved structural glazing using specially designed Vertical Mullion & Horizontal Transoms of Required size & as per architect's approved design Grid work with aluminium rectangular sections to be fixed in masonry at interval of each floor on concrete slab with 80 mm x 100 mm x 5mm thick galvanized M & L angle fixed on wall side with bolt size of 10 mm x 90 mm with necessary washers / nuts for the plumb line levels. The glass panel's shall be fixed on a specially designed architectural sub- frame using Dow Corning 995 structural sealant & GE Silicon (SSG - 4000) sub frame would be fixed on main frame grid in a manner that no aluminium frame is visible from outside & grooves between the glass panel shall be filled with weather sealant of Dow corning 789 / GE Silicon proof to made it air tight, water proof & dust free thus giving it a flush look outside. Glass will be of 6 mm thick Glaverbel reflective type with heat strenghthened and toughened etc complete, complying with standard specification

Supply and Fixing of CNC pattern in 6 mm WPC board as per design in façade glazing structure etc complete, complying with standard specification

Supply & Fixing cabinet made from MS CRCA sheet of minimum 20 SWG with overall size 470mm X 600mm X 1350mm (+/- 25mm) with 4 numbers of drawers. The front and rear supports of sides of the cabinet to be of 80mm wide M.S Sheet double construction for greater strength and stiffness. Each drawer shall have high quality precision ball slide with 1.4mm wall thickness or in case the arrangement is telescopic then the slides should be flat on smooth hard frictionless steel balls and shall carry load of 40 kgs UDL for 75,000 cycles. Drawers shall have centralised locking arrangement with 10 lever cam lock & having anti tipping arrangement to ensure that when one drawer is opened for use, it does not allow other drawers to be opened. The drawers to have easy to grip full length handles recess integrated into metal drawer fronts and a chromium plated label holder should also be provided on each drawer front. Each drawer is to be fitted with compressor plate sliding smoothly in aggrieve that keeps the file in vertical position thereby affording easy instant reference. The unit shall be epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns in approved colour.

Supplying and fixing of MS chequered plate of 8 mm thick for Rain water drain cover. The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges for cutting , welding and fixing in position and finishing with 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
