Labour for Preparation of old surface plastered or unplastered Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots on surface of old wall surfaces.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick Cement Plaster CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

M & L for 3mm thick wall care putty on Wall. Quality shall be verified by EIC. (Make :- for Putty :- Birla white, JK white, Asian and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for 3mm thick wall care putty on Ceiling. Quality shall be verified by EIC. (Make :- for Putty :- Birla white, JK white, Asian and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for distempering on wall two coats of distemper Oil Emulsion white or tinted. Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC. (Make :- for Interior Oil Emulsion:- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for distempering on ceiling two coats of distemper Oil Emulsion white or tinted. Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC. (Make :- for Interior Oil Emulsion:- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, (include for old surface all cracks fill by POP/Putty/Cement before painting) Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC. (Make :- Exterior Paint with Primer :- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for preparation of old painted wall surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC. (Paint /Primer:- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC.. (Paint/Primer:- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and painted with Two coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC.. (Paint/Primer:- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and painted with one coat of aluminium paint Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC.. (Paint/Primer:- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED).

M & L for French polishing on wood surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparation the surfaces including one or more coat on old work. Colour and quality shall be verified by EIC. (French Polish :- Asian, Burger, Nerolac and other MES APPROVED)
