Supply and fixing of RCC Precast slab in cement concrete 1:1½:3 mix (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) of thick 0.075 m using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost of molding charges mixing laying and curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pump set in bore well / open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of steel door with suitable design including cost of materials, welding and conveyance of all materials to site locking arrangements and painting one coat of primer etc complete as per standard specification including fixing charges etc. complete for the work.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification.
