Supplying and Demonstration of Vicat Apparatus with all its accessories (fitted in Aluminium Box) inclusive of Vicat Mould, Glass Base Plate, Initial Setting Needle, Final Setting Needle, Consistency Plunger, Mild Steel Base Plate, Vicat Mould Split Type, with Clamping Ring for determination of consistency of cement paste, and initial and final setting time of cement as per Indian standard IS:5513-1996, all complete, to the satisfaation of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Mortar cube mould (70.6 mm X 70.6 mm X 70.6 mm) made of mild steel - 9 nos, a poking rod - all conforming to IS : 10080-1982, a gauging trowel conforming to IS : 4031 (Part 6 ) - 1988, all complete, to the satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Installation and Demonstration of Concrete Mixer, Drum Type, Capacity 60-70 Lit, the mixer consists of a steel vessel, mounted on a frame. The vessel is rotated at 20-24 RPM with the help of a motor with 1 HP Motor capacity and a pulley- for rotation control, regulator to be fixed - The vessel can be tilted to any angle by a handle to facilitate mixing and discharge. Blades are provided inside the vessel to mix the material thoroughly. The large handle strip facilitates manual rotation of the drum during power failure. The drum, handle and motor etc. are mounted on a steel frame. This model is provided with two large wheels for carrying away. Supplied complete, with motor of 1 HP along with lead wire. Suitable for operation on 220V, 50Hz, Single Phase, AC supply.to the satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Le-Chatelier Mould, with ISI Certification MarkIS:5514, Consist of a small split cylinder of spring brass to other non-corrodible metal of 0.5mm thickness forming a mould of 30mm internal diameter and 30mm high. On either side of the split, two indicators are brazed suitably with pointed ends made of 2mm diameter brass wire in such a way that the distance of these ends to the centre of the cylinder is 165mm. The split cylinder will be kept between two glass plates. Supplied complete with two glass plate and one lead weight, to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
