Material and labour for painting to old steel surfaces of Desert cooler of Air flow capacity up to 5000 Cu M/hr with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint hammer tone paint of approved colour make ICI paint (Dulax closs), asian paint (Apcolite), Jenson & Nicholson,over one coat of red oxide on external surface and two coats of anti corrosive black paint inside the Body tank and side grills over a coat of Red Oxide on internal surfaces including scraping/rubbing with wire brush on old surface of Desert cooler. and writing of MES No in 25mm height etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site

M&L for replacement of copper conductor cable 40/0.75 Sqmm 3 core 3 to 5 m long with plug top 5 Amp inbuilt suitable for desert cooler (Make FINOLEX/PARAGUN/POLYCAB).

M&L for Replacement of PVC water distributor with PVC pipe and PVC pipe elbow complete for desert cooler upto 5000 CFM all as directed by EIC.

M&L for replacement of Fan blade of desert cooler heavy duty HDPE suitable for 4000/5000 CFT cap complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for replacement of Water lifting submersible pump of head 1.2 m approx suitable for desert cooler as per existing capacity. (Make : Snow Cool/LITTLE)

Supply and fix in repair switch piano flush type singe pole one way 5/6A,230 Volts AC supply suitable for desert cooler of any capacity

M&L for Taking down desert cooler fan motor and supply and fixing new desert cooler fan motor with outer ring and nut-bolts for desert cooler upto 5000 CFM copper wounded, three speed approved make complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for Taking down u/s desert cooler motor, cutting of burnt out winding and rewinding super enamelled copper conductor fixing of desert cooler motor to existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. make all as directed by EIC. Note:- Contractor will produce Guarantee letter for the rewinding of the motor minimum 1 year from the date of installarion and testing.

Supply & Fix in repairs wood wool Pad (set of three), minimum weight 0.80 kg, inside panels of desert coolers complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply & Fix in repairs capacitor 4 MFD for fan motors of desert cooler (Make : EPCOS/SYSCAP/ASIAN)

M&L for Replacement of rusted and leakaged body parts Water tank of Desert cooler of 4000/ 5000 CUM/hr capacity as required at site:-

M&L for taking down fan of any type/make and size carefully from fan hook, dismantling of blades and transporting from any location in side army area to MES E/M store yard for washing throughly of bearing/bush by petrol , washing and cleaning the fan blades , body , canopy etc throughly , provision of new greasing , replacement of worn out/ defective unserviceable parts including fan rod (wherever necessary ) reassembling the same and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note:- (i) Replacement of defective / unserviceable parts will be paid separately under relevent items of this schedule(ii) The cost for labour to taking out and refixing the new material is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iii) Any type of petty items which are not included in this schedule will deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.

M&L for Hanging carefully ceiling fan in hook and make connection with exsiting point wiring including provision of three core (FRLS)cable not less than 0.75 sqmm of size from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Any petty items like nut bolts washers & safety pin etc required for hanging deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.

M&L for Removing rusts/dusts cleaning thoroughly with petrol to the ceiling fan in situ and spray painting with one coat to ceiling fan of any size and type with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint as per exsisting colour to fan body, down rod/ canopy etc and writing the MES number as MES/NT-(No) on the fan body in black paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down burnt out ceiling fan of any type and size , dismantling the fan blades ,opening the cover to Cutting the existing copper winding and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge incl all insulating materials complete and re-assembling the fan, fan blades and hanging in fan hook to the same location by providing three core copper (FRLS) cable not less than 0.75 sqmm from ceiling rose or connector to fan and satisfactory testing on full speed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (i) Contractor will produce guarntee letter for rewinding of fan minimum 1 year from the date of installation and testing (ii) The cost of transportation will deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.(iii) Cost of labour for taking down and refixing will deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.(iv) Any petty items required for fixing will deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.

S&F condenser ISI marked 230 V to 250 volts AC 2.5 MFD suitable for ceiling fan incl condenser spacer and soldering of condenser wire to fan wire and fixing (Make : Usha/Asian/EPCOS).

M&L for Turning of fan shaft after re-metalling and welding including cutting threading welding and the materials for exhaust fans of any size and Make.

M&L for Filling (Metalling) the worn out shaft at bush/ball bearing seat by welding and machining for proper fixing of ball bearing/bush of any size of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F fan blades set of ceiling fan for any sweep of the existing make all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Taking down included in Item No 17 above).

S&F on plastic canopy upper & lower of any size and make of ceiling fan fixed with suitable size of screws all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Taking down included in Item No 17 above).

S&F rubber reels incl shackle clamp, bolts, nuts, washers split pins of appropriate size as required at site all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Electronic fan regulator of 450 Watt suitable for ceiling fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F ball bearing of suitable to ceiling fan including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make:- SKF/NBC/SBBI

M&L for Dismantling of wall mounting Air circulating fan /Man cooler circulating fan for washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol / cleaning of fan blades and body etc ,greasing and oiling complete, re-fixing the same to existing location after painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved make with spray gun of one coat as per exsisting colour , connecting and testing on full speed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes (i) Replacement of defective / unserviceable parts will be paid separately under relevent items of this schedule(ii) The cost of labour to taking out and refixing the new material is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. M&L for taking down exhaust fan carefully from site & transporting from any location inside Army area to MES E/M store yard for stripping of fan washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing fan blade body etc thoroughly provision of new greasing replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same incl connection by providing three core copper (FRLS) cable not less than 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan and testing on full speed to entire satisfaction and fixing at original location complete all as directed of following size :- (a) 450 mm sweep any make, Note :- 1. Replacement of parts/rewinding shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting and taking down unserviceable/defective parts.
