Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of 11 KV Compact Sub Station with 3 Way RMU consisting of 1 No. Fixed Manually operated 630A Load break Switch & 2 Nos. Fixed Manually operated 630A Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure,HT Cable/Bus bar ,1 No transformer 630 KVA,11KV/433 CRT dry type & associated LT devices(ACB/MCCB/bus bar/Cable) complete including comprising of items as detailed below

Enclosure manufactured from 2.0/1.6 mm Galvanized/CRCA Sheet suitably with angles/channel, stiffeners and doors/covers as required. All Outer enclosure sheets will be minimm - 2.0 mm & All Inner Enclosure sheet shall be minimum- 1.6 mm thick. Base frame will be ISMC. Enclosure sides and doors/ covers shall be manufactured from CRCA & shall be Epoxy based Anti Corrosive powder coated, Powder coated As per manufecturer instruction, Enclosure shall be designed suitably for Outdoor application. Paint/ Powder coating Thickness shall not be less than 80 microns.

RMU-NON-Extensible type RLL 11kV, 21kA for 3 sec. Non – Extensible Compact switchgear (Type 1LBS + 2VCB) consisting of 1 No. Fixed Manually operated 630A Load break Switch & 2 Nos. Fixed Manually operated 630A Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure along with below mentioned items. (i) Each Load Break Switch (IS) consists of : 1. Manually operated fixed mount 630A load breaker switch with built-in earth switch having full making capacity. 2. Mechanical position indicator. Switch ON/OFF/EARTHED. 3. Live Cable Indication. 4. Cable compartment cover interlocked with earth switch. 5. Cable termination bushings suitable for 3CX300mm2 XLPE cable. 6. Cable termination cover boots (Push on type).

(ii) Each VCB Feeder consists of following : 1. Manually operated fixed mount 630A manual close & open push buttons. 2. Self powered O/C & E/F relay type CSPR with Single core cast resin type CT (Protection Core 100/1A, 2.5VA & CL- 5P10) 3. Manually operated 630A load breaker switch with built-in earth switch having full making capacity. 4. Mechanical position indicator. Switch ON/OFF/EARTHED. 5. Live Cable Indication. 6. Cable compartment cover interlocked with earth switch. 7. Cable termination bushings suitable for 3C X 185mm2 XLPE cable. 8. Cable termination cover boots (Push on type) 9. ME: 11 KV Metering panel with CT,PT,MFM 10.11KV Interconnection Cable from outgoing of HT section to primary of Transformer by 3R X 1C X 95sq.mm. 11. Aluminium XLPE cable per phase Termination kit for 11kV Cable.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil and getting out for laying of underground cables and foundation for poles etc.

M&L sand filling in and arround LT/HT cable 8cm thick below and 15cm above the cable respectively after laying the cable gently punning down complete all as specified and dircted.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for LT underground cable protection.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6 mm up to 7.50 RM bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board / test point (including test point) at the other and watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh etc including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised iron strip 32x6mm burried in ground or fixed on walls with saddles and fixing screws or down conductors all as specified and directed.
