Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/breaker)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetres) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm(Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts in ordinary rock and all kinds of soil including chiseling of hard rocks where blasting is prohibited including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. A recovery of useful stone for 202.77 cum two hundred two point seventy seven) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in Ist running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate in retaining wall, breast wall, walls of any thickness and like structures including the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
