Item No.1 Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide but not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 qm on plan but not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Item No.2 Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard/ dense soil surfaces formed to required slope, gradient, camber, and super elevation etc. complete all as specified.

Item No.3 Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Item No.4 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/ mass concrete complete all as specified.

Item No.5 M&L for Brick work with fly ash modular bricks modular straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Item No.6 M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Item No.7 M&L for broken stone or boulder hardcore (granite/ basalt/ trap) of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Item No.8 M&L for 60mm thick, M-35 grade PCC interlocking glossy tiles (rubber moulded and chemical coated) of size and shape as approved, laid over and including dry sand cushion 50mm thick (watered and compacted/ consoliated), interstices filled in floors/ pathway and filling outer edges with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 upto full thickness of tiles complete all as specified. (Rate quoted shall deem to be included for Sand cushion filling outer edges with PCC).

Item No.9 M&L for Precast cement concrete block, type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Item No.10 M&L for Preparation of concrete, or plastered surfaces of of walls any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.11 S&F hollow structural steel section (pipe square/ rectangular using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-4923 ), Yst 210 grade, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins, vertical pole, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete complete all as specified

Item No.12 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Item No.13 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified.

Item No.14 Removing excavated material (soil) exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified.

Item No.15 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, including flashings, ridges, valley etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Item No.16 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. Note : WPC will measured and paid seperatly.

Item No.17 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Item No.18 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

Item No.19 M&L for preparation of plastered or plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats distempering with cement base paint, white or tinted on new surfaces of walls including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc, of drops and splashes complete all as specified.

Item No.20 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Item No.23. M&L for moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings/ trenches laid in layers not excd 15 cm thick spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering complete all as specified.

Item No.24 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

Item No.25 M&L for 100mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Item No.26 M&L for plain cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columes, pillare and posts (including caps and bases), completed all as specified and directed.
