Repairing and rewinding of 1.5 HP submersible pump set KSB/Kirloskar/crompton make 220 volts that is overhauling of pump set and replacement of defective parts: 1.5 HP rewinding kit- 1nos, Bearing bush- 4nos, Thrust counter -1nos, Water seal- 2 nos, S.S coupling -1 nos, Norton impellor- 8 nos, Guide bush- 8nos, Distance bush- 8 nos, Grinding, turning and shaft repair including cartage, installation, lowering / taking out and labour charges for dismantaling and reassembling of, the pump set at workshop/site, lath work to match the spare parts etc. complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing 1 HP mini champ plus I water pump (multi colour) Crompton or equivelent flow rate2700-500 LPH ,Frequency 50-60 HZ ,:make in Public/Community toilets as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Repairing and Rewinding of electric Monoblock pump of 1HP kirloskar make with all accessories like bearing, condenser etc.complete as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying Crompton/KSB or its equivalent 1.5 HP Submersible Pump Set having following specification :Suitable For: 100 mm Boring,,Motor Type: Water Filled Motor,Power: 1.1 kW,Frequency: 50-60 Hz,Power (HP): 1.5 HP,complete as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge (Labour for taking out & lowering G.I. pipe and Submersible motor will be paid extra)

Providing and fixing Crompton/KSB/L& T or its quivalent 3 PH 3 kW Digital Control Panel having following specification, Motor Power (HP): 3 kW,Power Rating: 3 PH etc complete and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Labour charges for taking out & lowering of GI pipes assembly with existing submersible Pump as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charg. All Labours tools and plant etc. required shall be arranged by Contractor and nothing extra will be paid, spare parts required will be supplied by the department free of cost or arranged by department.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws, including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required :20 mm nominal bore

Supplying three core submersible cable Havells/Polycab or its equivalent 4.0 sq. mm flat PVC insulated industrial grade cable , 1.1 kV as per IS:694 etc complete and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Supplying 32mm dia nominal bore ISI marked (medium class) GI pipe of 3.0 metre (approx) length including threading as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Supplying G.I. socket 32mm dia complete and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
