Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site area and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified & directed by Engg in Charge

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings such as lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc for refixing at site in original position (when found serviceable in all respects complete) Note: Supply and fix of any consumable items will be measured and paid seperately

Disconnecting and removing the MCB DBs from any height ,stripping out the fitting for examine replacement of US spare parts, reassembling, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engg in Charge

M&L for attending, repair and rectification of any type of internal elect supply complaint viz light point/fan point/5/15 Amps switch socket/Submain wiring/MCBs/DBs on 230V/415V system along with necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :1. The contractor shall detail/depute his supvr/ electrician to receive the complaints from the concerned complaint cell at 0900 hrs and up to 1700 hrs all working days to avoid any difficulty/ inconvenience to the users. The contractor shall provide the mob numbers of supervisor/ electrician/ Assistant for communication purpose. Failing which a penalty of Rs 25 per day shall be levied in the RAR/FB. 2. Payment shall be made based on numbers of complaints attended and rectified. 3. It shall be ensured that no complaints shall be left un attended or kept pending for next day or so on. Delay in rectification of complaints shall invite penal recovery and following recoveries shall be deducted through RARs : For 1 day delay per complaints @ Rs. 500/- and @ Rs. 250 shall be added in further delaying of rectification. 4. The cost of the stationery such as complaint register and docket book shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
