Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including filling of Pot Holes, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening (Stone Dust)/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. As per MORT&H Ref. No.-509, Item No.-5.8.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.
