The intending bidder Satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work such as Sinking/Drilling of Bore well of value not less than Rs 11.09 lakhs (Value 50% of the Estimated Cost put to tender) during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Certificates should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent/above the rank of government department.

The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 22.18 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing up to 100 Lakhs) in the last five years period i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number.

Shall have valid Form-7A (approved by Department of mines and geology/Ground Water development as per Groundwater development office letter No: KGWA/GW/NOC/05/2023-24/1745 Bengaluru Dated: 24-11-2023) issued by the competent authority is to be uploaded or contractor should have MOU/Lease/Hire with the contractor having rig machine bearing form No 7A approved by competent authority and the same should be up loaded. Certificate shall have validity on the date of submission of bid. Else Tender will not be considered for Evaluation.
