Upgrading the existing ETP system by adding the listed equipments given in technical BOQ to make fulfil system including design the system as new proposed items should accomodate in the existing area and installation the entire system by removing existing equipments and rearranging the same in required location with necessary piping, electrical connection, with painting the existing ETP plant with epoxy paint, making MS platform for new tank and equipments in the same place etc. Agency should make system to achive the out put water parameter's as per MPCB norms with lab test report from approved lab etc complete all as per instruction and directed by Engineer In charge. ETP out put parameter are as follows PH -- 5.5 to 8.5 Oil and Grease -- 10 mg/l BOD -- 30 mg/l COD -- 100 mg/l Total Suspended Solid -- 100
Operation and Maintanance the system with required man power with all necessary chemical and alied requirements to run the system including lab test for input and output water from approved labs at every 15 days . Agecy should use the chemical component to achive the MPCB parameter. Minimum manpower requirement is one Technician per day for 12 hrs. Period for O & M
